XiennaYan and MuChen were still in that ambiguous position when they heard a light cough.

In an instant, XiennaYan rolled off of MuChen like a startled cat while Mu Yuchen sat up quickly and looked towards the door.

"What are you doing, opening the door without telling." - he said, as she shielded XiennaYan from their gaze.

XiennaYan unconsciously looked at the door and saw MuChen's mother and father standing by the door looking a bit awkward, LiFie who was standing behind LouTian looked more awkward but still graceful.

Her face turned bright pink as her blushing turned to red, she hides behind him, her brain was screaming out in shock when she notices that MuChen remained calm fixing her clothes.

"Why didn't you knock before coming in?" - he said after fixing XiennaYan clothes.

His voice still had hints of its raspy sound. He was a little upset that their moment had been interrupted.

Seeing that they were able to fix themselves together, LiFie cleared her throat again before she said, "We knocked for a long time, but we didn't hear any response. Chen, your father's looking for you, go to the study room with him."

"Forget it. It's not that important it would be fine to talk about it tomorrow. If you're hungry, then come down your grandmother and grandfather have already made lunch. Otherwise, you two can continue!" - LouTian said as he dragged his wife out the door.

Before XiennaYan could even react, the door was already shut closed.

'Ruined, she's all ruined, her reputation was all ruined, her parent-in-law saw them in that ambiguous situation, what would they think of her?, what should I do?, how embarrassing, it's all his fault if he didn't drag me down with him...it's all his fault.' - XiennaYan keeps on thinking those words.

In her bewildered state of mind, she angrily looked at him. However, MuChen was looking at her calmly, in his eyes, you can see a trace of amusement.

"It's all because of you! Return me my reputation!" - she said as she began to smacked his chest.

MuChen caught her hands and smiled. "It's alright, we didn't do anything wrong, they were the one who was just misunderstanding the situation, I'm sure they'll pretend they didn't see that and besides it's normal for a married couple to do that."

"Stop saying that, of course, I know, it was just embarrassing that they see us like that, how should I face them? I'm so embarrassed." - She said.

"Hmm, Ok, enough. I already said it's fine. Go and take a shower first. I'll go out to take a look."

He released her hands and patted her head to appease her. Seeing her little face that was really red with embarrassment, he could not help but to slightly laugh.

Standing up as he walked past the sofa towards the bathroom door. "I'll prepare for your bath."

During lunch,

XiennaYan was still a bit embarrass every time she sees LiFie and LouTian, she keep her head down to hide her blushing face.

WeiLan was so curious as to what happened, but stop herself because of MuChen warning glance at her.

MingYun was also eyeing XiennaYan and MuChen.

Even the Matriarch and Patriarch were giving them an eye.

Before the lunch turned into a more awkward situation, LiFie talked... - "Yan, forget about it, you don't have to be so embarrassed, it's normal for cou..."

LouTian interrupts her wife before she talks more details that can make the XiennaYan more embarrass not just at them but with everyone. - "You don't have to worry too much and just forget it. Let's continue to eat, and mother, father, WeiLan, MingYun, stopped eyeing at them. Just relax Yan we're already a family you don't have to be awkward and embarrassed in front of us." - as he gave XiennaYan a fatherly smile.

"Hmm, yes fa..father." - she responded to him.

Under the table, MuChen held XiennaYan other hands to comfort her, as he notices that she has been anxious and embarrassed.

Before the dinner finished, LouTian told MuChen that he'll have to talk to him after in the study room.
