Chapter 57

Mrs. Gu also cried "Your presence is like a gift from god, mama wants a daughter but after having 3 boys, mama tried to have a fourth child but the doctor said mama can't get pregnant because of age, but one day papa brought a girl to come to the house, that time mama was very happy, thank you for coming" Said Mrs. Gu while holding Elaine's face.

Elaine cried when she heard her mother's expression. "Whatever you do, mama will still support" She said again. Elaine nodded understandingly and hugged her mom.

The next morning, Elaine woke up and cleaned her face and left the room and headed to the living room. She even lay on the couch and sleep again, Gu Yi Shan came slowly and hit Elaine and ran to the kitchen, Elaine shouted loudly "Brother" and got up to chase her brother. Ai Lun laughed when he saw the pillow war in the morning.

Mr Gu saw 2 siblings fighting in the kitchen "Even in the kitchen they want to fight, play far away, disturb papa want to read the newspaper" He said towards them. Elaine stopped hitting her brother and sat down at the dining table.

Elaine showed a disgruntled face to her brother. Yi Shan laughed out loud and sat down next to his father "I just kidding, smile a little" Yi Shan said. Elaine smiled lazily at her brother. Mrs Gu came to bring breakfast to the table "Stop messing with your sister, let's all eat" Mrs. Gu said while holding a plate and taking rice for her husband.

Elaine took the fruit juice as well as a piece of bread and ate. "Mama, papa, I'll go first, there's an appointment with a customer, Ai Shan quick eat, i sent you to campus" Elaine said running to the room followed by Ai Shan. "Be careful when driving" Said Mrs Gu.

Yi Shan looked at his mother "They just entered the room, and not the car" Yi Shan replied naughtily. Mrs Gu looked sharply at her son "Eat, you really like to make i angry" She said angrily. Yi Shan smiled mischievously. Mr. Gu shook his head "Now the child and the mother are at war" He said while drinking tea.

Elaine sent Ai Lun to campus "Later i will pick you up this night but if you finish class early later call me, sister will pick you up quickly" Said Elaine. Ai Lun nodded understandingly and he got out of the car and closed the car door and waved to his sister. Elaine continued driving to a newly opened restaurant. Elaine had arrived and went out looking around "It's the perfect place to open a restaurant, a lot of people are past here" She said.

She went into the store and saw that it still could not be opened. A shop owner came up to Elaine "This lady is Elaine" He asked. Elaine nodded "Yes I am Elaine" Elaine replied and greeted the shop owner. The shop owner took Elaine around while discussing the paintings that would be painted on the walls on the first floor as well as the second floor. "Okay sir, I'll draw some drawings and you can choose which one you want" Elaine said and took a picture of the wall as well as the shop.

The shop owner looked at Elaine "Looks like this women is really great at her job, you're really confident with her" He said in his heart. "If I'm ready to choose a painting, you can come here with your tools and I'll give you the keys to the shop so you can come anytime," he told Elaine.

"It's a great idea, I'll probably come many times in one day, because the painter won't feel tired but happy when his paintings are seen by so many people" Elaine said enthusiastically, as she walked out of the shop with the shop owner after finish talk for many hours.

Elaine got into her car and saw the time was almost 8pm "I will go visit Darren in his office while bringing food before picking up Ai Lun" She said and drove off. Nick's car stopped at Darren's company, he got out of the car "I'll see Mr. Darren, so you can go home now" Nick said and got into the company. Elaine parked her car and got out, Elaine stopped walking when she saw Nick enter Darren's company "Why he came at the night to meet Darren" She said and walked into the company as well.

Nick opens the door of Darren's office and enters standing in front of him without Darren's permission. Darren looked at Nick and stopped his work for a moment and got up and walked towards Nick. Unconsciously, Darren felt pain in his cheek when he was punched by Nick and he fell on the floor "Why did you hit me, Nick" Darren shouted angrily at Nick as he tried to stand up. Nick smiled wickedly "You asked me why, don't you know all the bad things you did to me with Elaine while at university" Nick said loudly. Darren looked at Nick as he wiped the blood on his lips and he leaned back on the table "What do you mean, I don't understand, if you have no evidence, ypu don't has to accuse me indiscriminately" Darren said.

Nick turns to Darren and throws evidence to Darren's face and Nick opens the audio on his phone "I want you to go tell everyone about Nick's family, I don't care what you want to spread but you have to say all this is Elaine telling, as long as he angry and attack Elaine, I'm satisfied" " But if Nick wants to investigate this, we'll get arrested" Said the man's voice.

Darren looked at Nick with sharp eyes "That you don't has to worry because Nick and Elaine hate each other and I want he torture Elaine until Elaine hates him so much" Darren said in the audio. Nick hung up his phone and kept it in his pocket. Darren smiled cynically at Nick "I confess I did it, what do you want to do with me" He said arrogantly.
