I saw a familiar face among the human forces, it was Neil. Although it was a small chance, I thought maybe I can talk my way in.

"Neil!" I shouted, "I don't want to shed any unnecessary blood, so take your men and leave, or stay and die."

"Is that you Zeroll?" he shouted back looking surprised. "I know what you can do but still I have President's orders to obey."

"Why is President Niall doing all this?" I asked back.

"Niall O'Connor isn't the President anymore." He said. "We're here on President Wong's orders."

That sick bastard is their President now? What the hell were these idiots even thinking. Whatever, it wasn't my problem anymore. I gave them a chance to run, they have made their choice and I've made mine.

I needed to finish this quickly, I don't know how long Arabella would last against whatever had destroyed Hades. I thought

Suddenly black storm clouds started to form over Livania, and lightning bolts started shooting downwards, on the humans and the battle began.

"What kind of monster are you?" A soldier asked, as i kicked him down.

"The kind, you shouldn't have messed with."

I replied slashing his face.

The ogres, Goliath and Bruno were handling things pretty well, but the problem was the weapon Neil had. Those lasers weren't able to harm Goliath and Bruno because they were wearing high level armour, but the ogres were getting sliced like an carrots by them. I rushed towards Neil, and with one swing of my sword cut the weapon in half.

"Shit!" He exclaimed pulling his pistol out and pointing it at me. I grabbed the gun from his have and crushed it in front of his eyes.

"Where is she?" I asked.

"You're asking about the human like ogre?" He asked. I nodded. "President Wong took her somewhere inside, I swear on my life, I don't know anything els-"

I smashed the hilt of my sword on the back of his head, rendering him unconscious. As long as she's inside Livania, I'll find her no matter the cost. The ogres and humans were still fighting. I went towards the entry point, around 15 to 20 guards were there to prevent anyone from entering and the gate was locked from the inside. I quickly dealt with the guards but no matter how much force I used, the gate wouldn't budge. If physical strength won't help then, I'll burst this door open with magic.

Couple of lightning bolts was all it took to break the entire wall of the impregnable fortress. I called Bruno hopped on his back and rode into the city. There were bodies everywhere, some were humans, some ogres, werewolves and even goblins. Two or of the five ogre chieftains were already dead and the rest were surrounded.

"STARFIRE BARRAGE!" Hundreds of fiery bullets started shooting from my finger tips, Killing many men instantly.

"Attack those backstabbing humans! none shall escape!" Irog roared and the ogres, goblins, and werewolves who were being holding on to their lives a moment ago were now the ones killing the enemy.

"Where is Ashira?" I asked Irog, thrusting my sword into a soldier.

"When your summon got destroyed, the mermaid took her and ran off."

"Nicholas! Find her!" I roared slashing enemies one after another.

It was useless.

"You're on your own now." I said looking at Irog. "I have to find her. Bruno!"

"Fret not my Lord, we have this under control just go and bring lady Ashira back." He replied smashing someone's head. I mounted on Bruno and started looking for Ashira.

The human soldiers were everywhere, I kept swinging my sword at them, killing many while Bruno simply pushed them off aside. I thought maybe if I could somehow reach to the portal room, I could manage to send the ogres to search the entire city down. With that thought I instructed Bruno to rush towards the portals. It was then I saw her with her laughable force of humans.

"Zeroll, it's enough! Stop now or I'll shoot." Kayla shouted pointing her gun at me.

"Sorry, I don't take orders from a heartless bitch." I shouted back and charged in riding on Bruno.

"Do it now!" She shouted at someone, and her soldiers started shooting at me. Bruno got hit multiple times, I wasn't worried because bullets simply bounce off him but then Bruno suddenly collapsed. The momentum threw me off him. It was then I noticed, there were some weird stone pillars glowing around me.

"Our new invention." Kayla said pointing at the pillars. "It renders weapons made from Phoenix stone useless so your swords and rings are useless now, and these bullets? They are made from the same material, and thus can kill your summons like any normal monster."
