1 The beginning

Yuri's POV

It feels like it was yesterday when the tragedy happened. I remember everything, every detail, every word...everything. I remember the sound of the gunshot that went through my father's skull. I remember the clown mask the man was wearing. I remember being dragged from my bedroom and into my living room by a big man with a smiley face mask on. I remember my dad screaming not to hurt her as the man with a clown mask pressed a gun to his head.

I remember hearing sirens and the men leaving. I remember one of the guy's face as his mask fell off while running, Brown eyes, chiseled chin, long black hair. I recognized him and his face never left my mind since.

By the time the police came the men were gone. The officers put a blanket over me and walked me into the ambulance. Ever since that day, I was moving to one foster home to the next. It wasn't until I was 15 years old when a young married couple took me in and kept me.

Now I am the leader of the most dangerous, wealthy, and well-known mafia in Japan "The Golden Dragons" I named the mafia after the long golden dragon tattoo that was on the murderer of my father's arm. I first started my mafia at 17 with only a few members but over the years I grew my mafia and soon enough we were at the top of the chain. It was hard gaining members because no one thought a female would be able to lead a mafia but I proved them wrong.

"Boss, the leader of the Shadow mafia is here," Hika said. "Okay, thank you Hika. Tell Shoto, Takata, and Hinata." I said. "Yes, Mam," Hinata says, bowing and closing my office door. I get up from my desk and grab my gun and knife from my wall of weapons and put one in my pocket and the knife in my shoe. I walk out of my office and downstairs to the meeting room. "I swear Shoto and Takata better have their guns this time. I refuse to let the last time happen again." I said irritated.

I walk into the room to see Shoto, Takata, and Hinata in the seats and the leader of the shadow mafia, Sen Takizawa. I seat down I. The chair and cross my legs. Takizawa has two of his men seated next to him. "Mr.Takizawa old friend, how you been?" I said forcing a smile. "I have been great. How about you Ms. Lee?" He said with an evil smirk. " I'm great. Now, let's get to business shall we?" I said with a straight face. "We shall Ms. Lee," Takizawa said, smirking.

"Great. So you have gathered your best men for the heist, yes?" I said. "I have Ms. Lee. You're looking at two of them now. Meet ken Takizawa and Itachi Takizawa. My sons and my most trusted and best in my mafia." Takizawa said. "Great, you know my best men and women in my mafia. Shoto, Takata, and Hinata. These three have been with me since I first started my mafia." I said with a smirk almost laughing at the faces of Mr. Takizawa's sons.

"By the look of your faces, I am guessing you heard of them. Ken and Itachi?" I said. "Um, y-yes Ms. Lee. Is it true they took down 15 men-" Ken said "Ken! You don't ask certain questions." Takizawa said, scolding his son.

"It's fine Takizawa. To answer your question it was 20 men and yes. These three are very deadly, so I hope you don't think about crossing us Takizawa. You know what we did to the Red Wings, don't you?" I said.

"Yes, I remember Ms. Lee and I assure you that I won't even think of crossing you," Takizawa said. "Great, The heist will happen on October 6th which is nine months from now. We will split the money 50,50. That is all, I have other matters to attend to." I said.

"Understood Ms. Lee. It was nice speaking with you." Takizawa said standing up from his chair. "Nice talking to you Takizawa and farewell Ken and Itachi. Hinata show them out, will you." I said. Hinata gets up and takes them out of the room. "Follow me, sir." She says. "Yuri, I haven't heard you mentioned the Redwings for a while," Takata said.

"We have to make sure we don't get crossed again and mentioning the mafia we completely destroyed will remind them why we are at the top and make sure they know their place," I said smirking. "I fucking love your crazy ass, Yuri," Shoto said smiling.

"Yuri, Asahi is here," Hinata said. "Who is Asahi?" I said confused. "One of the new members," Hinata said. "Oh, right I forgot he is coming today. Tell him to meet me at my office.". I said, remembering the handsome man.
