The First Target

"You have money, I have a store! Just give me the money, and we can have everything that we want!" Henry responded with a serious expression on his face, despite the smile on his face not diminishing at all.

Jack could only shake his head up that. But to say the least, he was impressed by the combination of the two of them. Even though he believed that Henry had not told him everything about the system that he possessed, but the same could be said about himself.

As for they had said, just the fact that Henry possessed a system that could enable him to purchase anything as long as he possessed money, and Jack on the other hand possessed a system that would enable him to earn even more money, then, it implied that the two of them would be able to rise together if they cooperated.

Of course, Jack could simply depend on his own system to be able to acquire many more things, through gifts from other people, betting, and asking for another form of payment other than just money.

At the end of it all, anything that he earned would be multiplied by 100 times. If he wanted 100 cars, he would just require to have a way of earning one car. After that, the system would be able to multiply the car into 100 cars. But of course, he could go for the best choice, which was to multiply the quality of the car by 100 times, enabling him to be able to get a higher quality car.

The two of them then decided to discuss on what they were going to do next. Currently, they were still in college, just a little far away from graduating. After receiving the systems, the two of them really wanted to quit school.

But when they thought much about it, they decided to continue. After all, it was just about a month, and they would finally be out of college.

Currently, it could be said that the family was divided into two, even though the division was not that noticeable to the outsiders. But at the end of it all, the two of them understood that in case they wanted to reach the top, they would have to start by conquering their own territory.

And of course, they were not going to be able to conquer the territory simply by hoping that they would be able to take over the position of the family head after their father. Instead, it was better for them to earn the position.

Currently, they already possessed an advantage over everybody else, considering that they possessed systems.

"So, what should we do? Should we start by looking for money?" Henry asked. He had already strained his brain, but no matter what, he could not think of the best thing to do, out of all the choices that he had in his mind.

Jack thought about it for a while, before finally deciding. "Why don't we start by simply earning money first. After that, we can start purchasing several companies, and improving our influence. That way, we can secretly take over the world, without raising any storms."

Henry thought about the suggestion, and found that it was viable. They could use Jack to be able to get the money, and he on the other hand would be used to get the shares.

"So, what industry are we going to target first?" Henry asked after a moment of contemplation. It could be said that Jack was done that possessed much more experience when it came to matters related to business.

It might be true that his own world was also in business, but he had been kidnapped when he was young, and spent over 10 years locked up in an island. And when he came out of that island, the apocalypse had already descended, turning everything upside down.

Jack on the other hand, despite his own world being invaded by aliens, still, it was kind of related to this one. There was the normal human world, and the world that was filled with superhumans. He had lived in the world with superhumans for several years, and had been involved in businesses, owning several companies.

"Currently, our family is mainly focused in the hotel industry. So, why don't we start by dealing with the matters related to the hotels. We can acquire a hotel, and start competing against the competitors of our family." Jack suggested.

Henry immediately agreed upon hearing that. The Smiths mainly focused on the hotel industry. Even though they were kind of involved in other businesses, still, the hotel was the main business for the family.

They own a hotel, and had managed to open several branches within the city. Additionally, they had even managed to open another branch within another city that was considered to be in the second tier.

"So, the current biggest competitor of our family is none other than Jumbo hotel. Additionally, they have been getting arrogant as of recent, something that p*sses me off. Should we just destroy them directly?" Henry asked.

With the current capabilities that they possessed due to the presence of the systems, it was only a matter of time before they could possess enough strength to be able to trample a big hotel like Jumbo.

"Let us start doing things the right way. We can start by improving ourselves first, before moving on to compete with them. Of course, we have to look for a way to make sure that our family does not suffer." Jack responded.

"So, after we buy over a hotel, we improve it, and finally, we can decide to tell our parents about it? It doesn't seem like a bad idea. We can even decide to have the two hotels cooperate with each other, making sure that the Smiths dominate the entire hotel industry. It would be even better if we can monopolize the entire market." Henry stated after a moment of contemplation.

The two of them discussed a little more, before they left to go and eat. For the rest of the day, they did not go anywhere, and remained within the Smiths residence. They were just planning on what they were going to do.

Of course, if they wanted to rush to the top, they had no choice but to make big plans. And for that reason, Jack was looking for a metal that he could use in order to earn big bucks in the shortest time.

Then, the money would be used by Henry to purchase shares of a hotel, which would then be injected by a lot of capital, and many other things that would be purchased from the system store that was possessed by Henry.

The following day, the two of them got inside a BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe, worth about $50,000. The two of them had decided not to buy a car for themselves during the past 18 years, and so, they shared this car wherever they went.

In any case, there was not even a single time that they wanted to go to different places at the same time. So, they had always been sharing the car for the past 3 years. They had maintained it quite well, making sure to save as much as they could, a trait that was appreciated by the family.

The driver was Henry, who drove the car towards school. The college that they were currently studying in was called Skiefly college. It was just about 7 km away from the Smiths residence.

The Smiths manor was located in the Eastern part of the city. As for the college that they were attending, it was leaning more towards the northeastern part of the city.

The Infrastructure in the city could be said to be quite good, and the traffic was flowing. So, less than 30 minutes later, they finally arrived at Skiefly college.

Just like the Smiths residence, it was located near the outskirts of the city. The reason behind that being that the college required much more land, which could not be found at the city center.

As for the college's infrastructure, it possessed several high rise buildings, with several laboratories. The lecture theater blocks were also well constructed, with huge and enough space to be able to accommodate all the students in the campus.

The moment that the two of them got to school, Henry immediately parked the car in the parking lot. The parking lot assigned for the students was currently filled with several vehicles of different price ranges.

There are several SUVs, to sport cars, even motorbikes could be found in the area, including even a bicycle, that looked completely out of place.

When placed together with this group of vehicles, it could be said that the car that Jack and Henry shared was not standing out at all. In fact, it could be considered as a low level vehicle, when compared to the Ferraris, Porsches, and McLarens.

Nevertheless, the two of them did not care about that, and immediately got out of the car. Then, they headed straight towards their own classes. Despite the two of them being twins, they possessed different interests. And so, they each took their own majors, different from the other.

While Jack measured in computer science, Henry majored in Cyber security. Even though the two dealt with computers, they were two completely different things. Nevertheless, they shared two classes, that were always done by all those that did computer related courses.

Jack was moving towards the location of his lecture, when he suddenly encountered a group of ladies. The group was chatting as they laughed with each other. But the moment that they encountered Jack, they all stopped and looked at him.
