10 Ch.10 Shopping and Dinner

I woke up next to her and all of it felt like a dream, never in my life I could have thought that I would have someone like her in my life. I feel so happy when I am with her, I want this to never change.

She looked at me and said "What?"

I smiled and said "Nothing, I am just happy." She smiled and was about to kiss me and then someone knocked on the door, it was Bella "How long do you plan to sleep Chris?"

I said "Yeah, yeah I am coming." I kissed her and got up and by the time I went to get the door Cat was gone through the window and I looked at sis and she looked behind me and said "Where is Cat?"

I tried to look innocent and said "What are you talking about? Cat is… not here."

She just looked at me and rolled her eyes and said "Breakfast is ready, come quickly." I nodded and went downstairs, Charlie was reading paper and drinking coffee. He looked at me and asked "Are you feeling alright Chris?"

I said "Yeah, why?"

He looked at me and said "Nothing, it's just that you didn't go for your morning exercise that's why."

I sat down and said "No, no, I am fine, just a bit tired that's all."

Sis gave the breakfast and we ate breakfast and after that we got ready. We went out and I went to get my bike out of the garage but then I heard a car pull up and Cat and Edward were in it.

They got out and Edward started to talk to Bella and Cat entered the garage.

I asked "Are you sure you guys won't get in trouble for this?"

She looked at me and smiled and said "We might but I don't care."

I looked at her and said "I like it, let's ride then." I started my bike and the engine started to rumble and she got on and held on to me tightly. We got out of the garage and stopped in front of the house and I saw Edward and said "Good morning Edward."

He looked at me and said "Morning."

I asked "Here to pick up Bella?"

He nodded and I said "Great, I was worried that she would get lonely when I started to go to school on my own." Bella looked at me and Edward and Cat chuckled and I said "See you later sis." I revved the bike and we were off.

We reached school before Edward and Bella. As we reached the school my bike announced our presence and everyone was looking at us when we reached. We got off the bike, Cat and I locked arms and made our way to the school and everyone was looking at us, and everyone was amazed. Someone had the galls to be dating Katherin Cullen. The guys were jealous but the girls were jealous as well. I asked her "Happy now?" She chuckled and nodded and then Edward and Bella also arrived and again ppl were surprised.

We were in the forest again but unlike this time I had already eaten my lunch before the break. We were walking in the forest. We were pretty high up and I asked "Where are we going?"

She chuckled and said "You'll see."

I then picked her up and transformed my legs a bit to be more resilient and said "Might as well, do it like this." I then started running and she looked at me and laughed and said "If you wanted to go fast then I could have carried you."

I looked at her and said "If I let a lady like you carry a brute like me then what is the point of having muscles like these."

She looked at me and said "I don't mind being carried like this."

I looked at her and smiled and I picked up the pace. When we reached the place we saw a small clearing on the hill. The small patch of land had grass and small beautiful flowers and we were high enough in the mountain, where light shone.

I put Cat down and I looked at the view in front of me. The small patch of land overlooking the clouds below and the valley in front.

She walked and asked "Do you like it?"

I smiled and said "This place is beautiful, Cat thank you for showing me this." I then looked at her and she was sparkling like millions of stars glimmering in the sky. She looked beautiful and I was stumped. She walked closer to me and looked at me and asked "What?"

I was broken from the daze and I said "Nothing was just thinking that I should have brought my shades."

She squinted her eyes and pouted and turned around. I chuckled and then hugged her from behind and said "You look mesmerising Cat."

She then asked "Couldn't you have just said that?"

I said "If I were to state facts like that the whole day, you would get bored."

We then sat down and were talking but then she looked like she wanted to ask something and I said "Ask what you want to ask?"

She looked at me and asked "Would you like to go to the prom with me? I know you have to go to Jacksonville and all that… I should not have brought it up."

I looked at her and said "Yes, I would like to go to the prom with you."

She then looked at me and was very happy she then said "We then need to go dress shopping then. We should go today. I don't even know if there are any good dresses left."

I said "Calm down we will go today and we will find something for you, don't worry."

And like that we were going dress shopping today.

We decided to go dress shopping after school ended. Bella went with Edward to hang with him. Alice was coming with Jasper for dress shopping. Emmet and Rosalie were not coming.

Cat was with me and we rode the bike to the shop in Port Angeles. We entered the shop and Alice took Cat to the women's section and said "No peeking boys." They then left and I was left with Jasper, we were browsing in the mens section.

Jasper then asked "Need help?"

I smiled and said "Thank you."

He then smiled and was looking for a suit and he asked "So, how is it going?"

I smiled and said "It is going great."

He said "Nice"

I then asked "How many Proms have you been to?"

He looked at me and smiled and said "This ain't my first rodeo."

Jasper then handed me a suit and said "Try this one." It was a three piece suit. The Jacket was jet-black and the pants matched the suit and the vest was a silvery grey in colour and the tie was purple with a bit of sheen. He also gave me a pair of black Oxford shoes. I took the suit and went inside to change.

I wore the suit and it felt amazing. I looked in the mirror and I emminated power and my haircut went well with it. I looked like an investment banker who was doing steroids. Once I wore the suit my whole aura changed from a biker to a rich businessman.

I went out and I posed and asked "So… Huh? Huh?"

Jasper said "You look good."

I asked "Thanks, where is your suit?"

He showed his bag, I looked at them and asked "Did I take too long to change?" He laughed and said "Yes."

I then chuckled and went inside and put the suit in the bag and I wore the previous clothes. I then went outside and then we sat down and we were talking. After talking for a while the girls came out and they took their sweet time.

After their shopping was done. I alone was the one who was hungry. So me and Cat went for dinner which is just me eating and her just looking at me. We went to the restaurant and it was kinda busling with customers. Cat looked at me and said "Are you sure we are going to get seats?"

I looked at her and smiled and said "Just look good and go along with it, okay?" She nodded.

We walked over to the receptionist and he greeted us "Welcome. What can I do for you today?"

I smiled and said "I'm here for a reservation. Under the name Chris Swan?" I then took Cats hands and she locked arms with me and I looked at her and said "Today is our anniversary"

He smiled and checked the list and he said "I am sorry sir there, is no reservation under your name."

Cat looked at me and said "Seriously Chris? Today is our anniversary and you forgot to book a table?"

I wore a panicked expression and said "No, no, no, baby there must be some mistake." I then went close to the guy and said "Man, you have to help me. I forgot today was our anniversary. She has already caught me cheating with someone, please man this is my last chance."

He then looked at me and said "Aaah, I am sorry there it is Chirs Swan, come on in."

I then turned to Cat and winked and said "See I didn't forget our anniversary."

We then sat on our table and Cat asked "You know we could have eaten at that diner as well."

I looked at her and said "There is no way in hell I am talking you to a diner for a date…" She looked at me and I said "Unless it's months end."

Then the waitress came and she asked "Hi, I am Rita I will be your waitress for tonight. What can I get for you?"

I smiled and said "I'll have a Bucatini, Chicken parmesan, spinach and ricotta ravioli and some garlic bread all of them in large portions and one coke, no, pepsi." The waiter looked at me and was like yeah it checks out and then she looked at Cat and Cat said "I'll just have some from him." The waitress then said "I will have your order in a minute"

I smiled and said "Take your time, no worries." The waitress looked at me and blushed and walked away.

Cat looked at me and I said "What? If you give compliments like that, there is a high chance of good service."

And I was right, I got my order earlier than expected. I was eating and she was pretending to eat and we were talking and we talked about my past, how like I was a gloomy kid and all that

I chuckled and said "I can't even imagine doing high school more than once." I then looked at her and asked "How many times have you done it though?"

She chuckled and said "Nice try."

I said "Ooh… a sassy cougar. I like it."

We laughed and she asked me "So you didn't have any friends?"

I said "No, I kinda liked being alone at that time."

She then asked me "So Jacob was your only friend here?"

I said, "Yeah."

She then looked at me and asked "What is it?"

I sighed and took a sip of my drink and said "The thing is… Jacob likes Bella. But my sis doesn't know about it or she does, the main point is she is with Edward now."

She looked at me and raised her eyebrows and she asked "How did he react to the news?"

I nodded and said "He was obviously upset. He was upset enough to tell me about you guys."

She looked pissed and said "That damn dog!" She looked at me and was like uh-oh and said "I am sorry."

I had a serious expression but then I chuckled and she threw a napkin at me and I said "No, no, it's ok disco ball. I am not like them anyway."

She then said "You are right about that, it took the whole of my family to subdue you and you weren't even going full power. You are something else entirely."

I said "I don't know how to tell him that I knew about you guys. And more importantly that I am with you."

She then grabbed my hand and said "If he is your friend he will understand."

I said "I hope so."

After the dinner was done I went to drop her home. Her home was deep in the forest. The house kinda felt off because of its modern design.

I said "You guys are so screwed if some human stumbles upon your home."

She chuckled and said "That is why? We made it in the middle of a forest." She then got off and said "I had a great time today."

I smiled and said "Me too."

She leaned in and kissed me and she said "Come pick me up tomorrow."

I said "Okay." She kissed me again and went inside the home.

I started my bike and rode off to home.
