26 Ch. 26 The Bloody Birthday

We reached the school and Cat said "Bella is too worried about this." We were walking toward the class.

I nodded and said "Yeah, but it's not like we can judge her for being a little worried about this."

She looked at me and she said "I get that she is worried but it's not like turning 18 is going to be a big deal."

I chuckled and  said "Well, she needs to get that on her own."

We walked into the class. She has taken all the same classes as me so that she can spend more time with me.

The first class was English and we were sitting at the back and we were watching Romeo and Juliet and most of us sitting in the back were couples.

Edward has also done the same as Cat; he has also taken all of the similar classes to spend more time with Bella. Some of us were watching this and then some of us were busy talking to each other.

It was Edward and Bella and he was talking about how stupid Romeo and Juleit was and essentially describing methods on how to kill Vampires.

Cat was a little embarrassed and he then mentioned the Volturi and everything and Cat looked at me and then Edward blurted everything about who and what the Volturi are and when I heard the name Aro. I was shocked.

Cat then looked at me and said "It's nothing to be worried about trust me." 

I looked at Cat and I smiled and nodded. Aro from my dreams and this guy could they both be the same?

It was lunch time. We were walking towards Eden. Edward and Bella were already gone they ditched the classes.

Cat looked a little upset and she said "As Edward said the Volturi are like the top dogs of the Vampire world. They follow laws to the word and are very Creul."

She said "But I don't think they will focus on us. Besides, we are planning on travelling for a while. We'll settle somewhere quiet and they'll never know about us."

I looked at her and I said "I am not scared Cat. I am just annoyed that if they come at us I may need to kill them."

She looked at me and laughed and she said "I don't know how but you always manage to put a smile on my face."

I smiled and said "I won't let anyone hurt you. I promise."

She smiled and said "And I promise to support you however I can. Now if the mushy stuff is over with… we should go class is about to start."

I stopped her and said "Do we have to go to class? Today is my birthday." I grabbed her by the waist and I said "Come on."

She looked at me and said "I am not about to do it out in the open."

I said "Come on no one comes here."

She said "I am not risking it when my family is a bunch of vampires that are also obsessed with wildlife and forests."

I sighed and said "Ok fine…"

We were home and we were getting ready. Charlie had come home early to celebrate our birthday. 

I was wearing a white shirt and black plants and a black jacket. I didn't do anything extra. I was going for a simplistic look.

We went downstairs and Bella was wearing the dress that Alice gave her and she was also wearing the earrings and the pendant that we gave her.

I looked at her and said "You look good."

She smiled and said "You look nice... but where is your tie?"

I chuckled and said "Wasn't in the mood to put it on." I said "Let's get going, they must be waiting."

We went downstairs and Charlie looked at us and he said "Come on guys… I know you guys have places to be at."

He was in the kitchen. We went there and he looked at us and I could tell that he was happy. He said after a while "Come blow out the candles."

He got us a small cake with a bunch of candels. We both cut the cake and gave that piece to him. He ate it and he cut a piece and gave it to us.

Then he said "Alright I won't take much time. Go out and enjoy."

I hugged him and said "Thanks."

Bella also hugged him and he said "Go and enjoy. Be sure to be back by 10."

We said "Okay."

She asked "Will you be back by 10?"

I smiled and said "We'll see."

We reached Cullen's residence and we entered the home and there was music and it was all lit with candles and there were flowers as well.

They were waiting for us to come. Alice came and greeted Bella and me. She hugged us both and said "Happy Birthday you guys." Cat came from upstairs and Alice went to get Edward.

Cat was wearing a black sheath dress and she was also wearing a thin golden necklace.

She came closer and kissed me and looked at Bella and said "Happy birthday Bella."

She smiled and said "Thanks."

Edwards came and Alice took pictures of them both and said "Show the love." They were akwardly posing.

Alice then said "Come on your turn guys. Show the love." I didn't know what to do so I just picked her up in my arms and Alice said "Oh, strong boy."

Then Rosalie gave her gift and said "It's a necklace Alice picked out."

Bella accepted the gift and said "Thanks."

Rosalie then tossed me a box. I opened it and it was a canon camcorder. I said "Thanks, this is going to come in handy..."

Rosalie nodded and then Alice gave the box to Bella and said "And this is from Emmet."

Bella shook it and it was empty and he said "Already installed it in your truck finally a good sound system for that piece of…"

She cut him off and said "Hey don't hate the truck."

Emmet then looked at me and said "I have already installed your gift in the other home. It's a home entertainment system. It has surround sound and a huge ass tv as well as the Xbox 360."

I smiled and said "Nice, man."

Then Alice said "Next is from Esme and Carlisle." She gave the small gift to Bella.

Carlisle said "It's for both of you. Just a little something to brighten your day."

Esme said to Bella "You see you have been looking kinda pale lately."

Bella was opening the gift but she cut her finger with the paper.

We all looked at it and they looked at Jasper and he looked at Bella and was coming for her.

I transformed and I picked her up and jumped out the window. I landed near the car.

I put Bella down and she asked them "Is everything okay?"

I looked at her and grunted. She looked at me and said "What?"

Cat came down and she had pants and a t-shirt with her and said "Everything is fine but I think you guys should go for tonight."

 I transformed back and wore the clothes and she said "Sorry, this was not how it was supposed to be."

Bella said "It's okay, I am not hurt. Just take care of everything."

Cat nodded and she kissed me and we said our goodbyes and we got on my bike and went on our way to our home.

We reached our home and I said "To be honest gift wrapping should have been a red flag that we should have seen."

Bella opened the door and said "Well, there is no point now, let's just sleep and forget about this."

We saw that Charlie was sleeping and he fell asleep watching the game. I picked him up and put him to bed and Bella cleaned up the living room.

After that was done, we went to sleep in our own rooms. 

Cat entered my room in the middle of the night and I pulled her in and she dropped something on the floor.

She was in bed and I hugged her tight and she said "I am sorry for today."

I sighed and said "We all are responsible, we should have realised that wrapping paper was a bad idea."

She turned towards me and said "I never gave you your gift."

I said "I don't think we can do it here, the whole neighbourhood would wake up."

She said "No, it's this." She reached for the present on the floor and she grabbed it and gave it to me.

It was a leatherbound album. I opened it and it had names of places on every page and she looked at me and she said "I want to see the world again, with you."

I looked at her and I kissed her and I said "I love you."

She smiled and said "I know. I love you too." I jumped on her and she said "What about the neighbours or Charlie."

I took off my clothes and I said "I don't care."
