19 Meeting.

(MADARA POV)

The bell rang.

"Alright, class," the teacher said, "I would like each of you to compose your own theory on the construction methods and purpose behind the pyramids."

I got up from my seat and walked out of the classroom. Before leaving, I glanced at the teacher.

'I don't need to write a theory; I built the damn thing,' I thought.

It was around 2550 BC when I was traveling the world, and I had developed a fascination with pyramids and how they were built. I had heard from some travelers that the pharaoh had ambitious plans to construct three massive structures, but they lacked the manpower, even with their slaves. So, in my god complex stage, I thought it would be a good idea to go and play with history. But actions have consequences, so I went ahead and did it, only to be feared so much that the pharaoh sent his entire army after me.

Where was the gratitude?

'Good times,' I thought.

My musings were interrupted when someone bumped into me.

"Sorry, man," he said.

After that, I continued my way out of the school, went to my car, and put my bag in the passenger seat.

I looked around the parking lot to see if I could spot any of the vampires. I saw Edward rushing out of the school straight for his car and driving away.

"Dramatic."

After standing next to my car for a while, I saw the other vampires come out of the school, all of them walking in sync like they were in some fashion show.

My eyes were drawn to the one female who had taken up space in my head. It annoyed me and, at the same time, intrigued me that fate would once again bind me to a person.

I stared at her for longer than I should have. She caught my gaze and stopped in her tracks before Rosalie guided her to a red BMW.

I heard a laugh next to me. "Don't stare too long," said a gruff voice, which I've come to realize was Emmett.

"My sister has a knack for disappointing secret admirers."

I only gave him a side-eye.

"I'm not a secret admirer," I said before getting into the car he came in after.

"Yeah, that's what they all say before they get their hearts ripped out from their chests."

I only stared at him for a second before starting the car's engine and pulling away from the parking lot onto the road.

He laughed awkwardly before changing the subject.

"Rosalie would love this car," Emmett commented before realizing we were on the road.

"Sorry, take this right, here, and then just keep going straight," he instructed.

There was silence after that, with only the engine's sound and the passing winds being heard. It went on like that for a while before Emmett seemed to get bored, judging by his fidgeting.

"What is it?" I asked.

The silence continued for a second or two before he finally asked the question that was eating at him.

"What are you?"

Simple and straight to the point.

The silence in the car returned after the question. I kept my focus on the road, and he seemed to get a bit tenser.

I sighed.

"And what do you mean by that?" I said.

I know they think I'm not human, but I wonder what there theories on me are.

Emmett seemed to think carefully about his next words before speaking again, with a much more guarded tone.

"You... you're... I... sigh... F- it, how the hell did you get such nice hair, man? What are you, some kind of life-sized Barbie?"

He continued with a chipper tone about how my hair looked more luscious than all of his sister's hairs combined, and through all of that, one sentence echoed in my mind.

'I don't know what I expected from him, I really don't.'

POV cullens.

Carlisle had come home early from the hospital, having received a message from Rosalie that Madara would be coming to speak with him after school.

He was genuinely surprised, the meeting had come faster than expected. He could only hope it would go as smoothly as the invitation.

He felt a brush on his shoulder and glanced at his mate, who wore a worried expression. They sat quietly on the living room couch, Carlisle lost in thought and Esme occasionally brushing his shoulder. The same worried look adorned her face.

He kissed her temple, attempting to provide comfort.

"It's going to be alright," he assured her. However, to Esme, it sounded more like reassurance for himself.

She could only hope he was correct because what they were undertaking was not only dangerous but also suicidal if their secret were to be discovered in any way.

Both Esme and Carlisle snapped out of their reverie when they heard two cars pull up in the yard, followed by Edward's hasty entrance.

Both of them stood up to investigate, and Alice and Jasper entered the living room, both wearing different expressions.

"What happened? Why is Edward like that?" Esme inquired.

"He almost lost control," Jasper explained, attempting to console Alice.

"I didn't see this coming," Alice added, looking shaken.

Carlisle, realizing the situation, instructed Jasper to take Alice for a walk. Simultaneously, Rosalie and Edythe entered, both equally confused.

"Edythe, go and talk to your brother; he needs comfort," Carlisle directed.

Without question, Edythe went upstairs to Edward's room, while Carlisle, eager to make sense of the situation, left Esme and Rosalie in the living room and headed to Edward's room.

Carlisle overheard Edward recounting, "It was like all my instincts were screaming to..."

As he stepped into the room, he locked eyes with Edythe.

'Bloodsinger,' Edythe's voice echoed in his mind, revealing the nature of the problem.

"Alright, Edythe, I'll take it from here," he said, exchanging places with her.

There was a silence after Edythe left, before Edward spoke with a strained voice.

"I couldn't control.."

"I know.." said Carlisle looking at Edward.

"It was like all I wanted was to..to" Edward couldn't finish his sentence.

Carlisle thought about it for a bit before he came up with a solution.

"Why don't you go to Alaska visit our cousins, stay there for a while, hmm?" he suggested.

But all Edward did was nod, he didn't know what else to do. Edward was confused shocked and...afraid all at the same time. He didn't or couldn't speak because of the self loathing and all of the emotions going through him. He actually almost killed someone, and in front of all of his class mates to boot.

Carlisle, noticing the fear in Edward's eyes, couldn't help but sigh. However, he immediately became alert upon hearing the approaching sound of a car engine, knowing that it could only mean Emmett had arrived with their guest.

He rose swiftly and cast a glance at Edward, who also recognized who it was. Edward signaled to Carlisle that he would be fine. Without hesitation, Carlisle made his way downstairs to welcome their guest.

POV (madara)

Stepping out of the car into their yard, I was greeted by a beautiful sight - the Cullen house. What caught my eye first was the outside of the house. It looked amazing with its mix of glass and steel. The clean lines and modern design stood out against the lush green surroundings. Big, tall windows let in lots of sunlight, making a mesmerizing play of light and shadow. It felt like the house was a part of the forest, blending human elegance with the beauty of nature.

But in all of it's buety, it was faulty.

'It's open and easy to find, wich means if a vampire coven wants trouble they have nowhere to go. they're like sitting ducks' I though

"Buetifull isn't it" said Emmet coming out of the car.

"Charming"I said.

Walking forward with emmet leading , he opened the door and took off his jacket. While I did a small over, he led me to the living room where Rosalie was sitting reading a book. Emmet went forward and kissed Rosalie on the head.

"You're here" she said almost purring like a cat.

When she noticed me though, her eyes became as sharp as a cat.

'Is she trying to intimidate me?' I wondered, a small smirk forming on my face, which seemed to only further irritate her, judging by the way her nostrils flared.

I didn't care to further play along with her child like behaviour, so I walked forward and took a seat on a loan couch.

"I'll wait here till you're coven leader decides to join us"I said

Emmet seemed to finally decide it was time to put on his serious face, so he took Rosalie's arm and guided her out, but before they left the room he looked to me, and said.

"I'll call Carlisle for you"while nodding to me.

Quietness descended after they left the room, and it got me thinking of what I should say to Carlisle. Should I be honest with him if he asks any questions, why did he even want to talk to me in the first place did Alice see me in a vision.

All of these thoughts were twirling my head and before I knew it one Carlisle Cullen walked into the living room, and as he looked around and his eyes met mine I could see his shoulders tensing and becoming more guarded.

"Sigh "

'I see, that thought process was your's wasn't it mark, tha..that weakness! well unfortunately we're not mark anymore are we' I thought as I got up and walked to Carlisle.

"So you're the one who wants to speak to me" I said extending my arm for a handshake.

"A pleasure, my name is Madara"

"Madara uchiha"

Mark died in that sewer, I am

NO

MADARA, AND WE DON'T FEAR ANYONE.
