10 Chapter 7

Lucian POV.

Jade runs fast and jumps across the river.

My wolf has completely taken over I am no longer in control all I can do is watch Jade run away while giggling, yes giggling this is a game to this girl, she starts to slow down, why is she slowing down all my wolf wants to do is claim and mark her.

She stops in a meadow that has flowers, she turns around and I can see her beautiful smile she sits down in the middle of the meadow I hear her whisper.

"Lucian, don't keep a lady waiting," Jade whispers.

If only she knew I wasn't the one in control right now, I wonder if she would be acting the same if she knew I wasn't in control.

She sits down and my wolf starts to walk toward her, my wolf walks to her and puts his paw on her chest he leans towards her neck and bites down, I notice that Jade has passed out but my wolf doesn't stop.

(5 minutes later.)

I start to feel extremely sleepy and I fall over.

"BADUMP"

"BADUMP"

"BADUMP"

What is that sound, I'll figure it out when I wake up.

My eyes close and I fall into a deep slumber.

(6 hours later.)

I start to wake up and realize I'm still in my wolf form I try to get up but realize something is laying on me I look at it and see a tiny white wolf. (By tiny think a normal-sized wolf.)

It raises up and looks into my eyes.

'Lucian, what are you looking at?' The white wolf says.

Before I could respond the wolf looks at herself and starts to freak out.

"High pitch bark sound."

'Lucian it's me, Jade.' Jade says while still freaking out.

'Jade, what happened to you?' I ask.

'I don't know all I remember is you biting my shoulder and then I passed out.' Jade says.

'Jade I can hear your heartbeat.'

'What?' she asks with a surprised look on her wolf face.

'Listen closely.' Jade starts to try and hear her heartbeat.

"BADUMP BADUMP"

'I heard it I heard it.' Jade says while standing up and spinning in a circle.

"SNAP"

Both of our heads shoot over to where we heard the noise. My eyes meet a light brown wolf with grey fur around its eyes.

'Lucian, w-who is this?' Jared asks.

'It's my imprint, Jade Cullen.' I say.

'What happened to her?' Jared asks.

'My wolf marked her and when we woken up she was like this.'

Jared looks visibly nervous.

'What's wrong?' I ask.

'I imprinted on my girlfriend, will she be like that.' Jared asks.

'No it won't be the same it's only because I'm the Alpha and she's a vampire.' I say.

In truth, I have no idea how this is happening I've been looking through all other shifter memories and this has never happened but I am also the first shifter to imprint on a vampire.

'Lucian, how do I turn back into a human?' Jade asks.

'Normally you would just calm your anger but right now I have no anger and neither do you so all you need to do is will yourself to be a human again and it should happen, but let's get back to your house just in case something happens.'

She nods and starts to run toward the border.

'Jared, are you good to continue your shift for a little longer I will send Jacob, Sam, and Leah to relieve you.' I say.

'Um, I'm good but Jake won't be able to for a while till he heals.' Jared says.

'Why what happened?' I ask confused.

'Well he challenged you for Alpha basically and you put him in his place, Carlisle has been setting his bones and rebreaking them before they heal.' Jared says.

'Damn, my wolf really did a number on him.' I say.

'Lucian, let's go.' Jade says to me.

After running for a while we arrive at the river Jade looks at me and I understand what she is thinking I start to chuckle since she is now in her wolf form she is not as fast or strong so she won't be able to jump over the river, I lean down and bite down softly on the back of her nape, I lift her and jump over the river, I put her down and I see her glaring at me.

'Never again.' She says.

After running for a little longer we arrive in front of the Cullens' house, the Cullens hearing us figured we were back they all came out including Sam and Leah. They see me but when their eyes meet Jades they all have a confused look on their face. Carlisle was the first to ask a question.

"Lucian, what happened? Where is Jade?" Carlisle asks.

I look down at Jade and his gaze follows mine.

"Jade?" he asks confused.

Jade nods, he runs quickly in front of her.

"What did you do to her you dog," Rosalie yells out at me.

Before I could respond, Jade beat me to it.

"GRRRR"

Jade growls at her sister which shocks the Cullens.

(1 week later.)

It has been one week since Jade phased, she now has full control over her phase, during this week we have gotten a lot closer, the first day we went back to school I sat at the Cullen table with Jade in my arms, this action confirmed everyone's suspicion that we are dating.

Jacob went to the Cullens' house under my order and apologized but said he still has a bone to pick with Edward but I didn't care in my opinion both of those two are weird.

Carlisle informed me about a group of nomads that have been hunting in his territory I told him we would keep our eyes open and handle it if they cross into our territory.

Today is the day Edward will come back and see if Bella still affects him, Jade is assuring me that he will be fine and he has gotten over her.

We also found out that Jade is now part of the pack she can read our thoughts including mine she is the only one who can though , though I am fine with it as long as it's her.
