TWD: A New Beginning From the End of the World

"I only know what will happen in this world." One day like any other in the madness inside Arion's head, he wakes up and learns he is in the world of The Walking Dead. After a heavy sleep, he discovers he doesn't have depersonalization disorder and all that stuff he felt was just his inner self warning that something wasn't right. What does he do to survive? In a world plagued by walkers and danger everywhere. His power? He knows the plot well enough to know the ending. Because he was one of the many fans who finished watching it. Read Arion Darcy's story to see how he survives and takes advantage of his knowledge according to his abilities. At least, you should know that this is not the first world he wakes up in. You can read more chapters in my P_treon: SrCuervo. Note: This is a sort of prequel to my latest fanfiction Infinite Worlds: Attack On Titan. The MC doesn't know much about his other lives, but that won't stop him from living a new one. Read the auxiliary chapter before reading the story, thanks for your support.

Alicia's question

Considering the walkers they had eliminated along the way, Airon needed time and a few moments to see if the underground subway station had any walkers. Although most train stations are outside, this construction went for a few miles through the ground and then would end at a bridge where it would change course to Alicia's community.

Airon stood at the entrance to the station, looked at the building's sign and looked at the dark reception hall inside, feeling somewhat uneasy.

Although he happened to escape the crisis at the hospital entrance, at that moment he realized that the outside world in Texas was more dangerous than he had imagined, with his current injuries, stiff body and aim, it was impossible for him to move safely in these places.

"Indeed, I can't be arrogant with my current injuries or else I will die..."

Sighing silently for a while, also this made Airon more anxious to reach Alicia's community, because only there he can get shelter for a few days before his wounds recover a bit. In that place he would think about where Morgan is, and at that time is where he will get in contact with his people.

"Let's go!"

While Airon was thinking of something, Alicia behind him watched the situation behind them with vigilance and after hearing Airon's words the two of them went down the stairs, heading towards the train station.

This train station, like any train station, is divided into several special zones, there is the area where the tickets are delivered, while on the left there are bathrooms and some maintenance rooms.

Alicia picked up a dust-covered wine bottle on the floor, opened a hole in the door and threw it hard, only to hear a "click", and the deafening sound of glass shattering suddenly rang out in the silent place.

Airon and Alicia waited at the door of the offices, but no sound could be heard in the surroundings, as if there were no hidden walkers in this place.

Seeing this situation, Alicia and Airon looked at each other and slowly pushed the door of the ticket booths open and entered this small room where they quickly looked around.

In normal times as well as not normal times, the train station is a place where many people from different parts of the country abound, but because at the beginning of the end of the world they stopped working long enough that there were no people in this place, this could indicate why there were no walkers inside this place.

Airon looked at the items scattered on the floor, knelt down to pick up an expensive looking lighter and looked at Alicia with a smile, handing her the lighter to keep.

Who would have thought that dollars, jewelry, expensive lighters that were once loved by all and drove the social class crazy lying on the floor like useless trash at the end of the world? In the end, no one cares about something like this.

"Look at this Alicia."

"With this we'll look in the dark? I always wanted to use one of these..."

After confirming that there really was no danger inside, Airon opened the backpack and took out several night vision scopes from inside to check if they worked. Yes, he didn't have time to think about everything.

Although most of the night vision scopes were for military helmets, there were some that only needed to be attached to head straps, which they had in the backpack. Airon pulled out some visors for Alicia, provided them beforehand and if they worked properly.

Seeing Alicia in front of him trying on the night visor and starting to adjust it's her face, Airon signaled her and began to help her put this on correctly.

"It's going to be very dark, you have to be behind me at all times." Airon said as he put everything away in the backpack.

Alicia looked at Airon and nodded, "Don't worry, I'll walk right behind you."

Hearing this answer, Airon nodded and put on the night visor. He knew that in the dark it was not possible for walkers to look at them, even if the small light in their eyes coming from the night visor may be something, as long as they move well there would be no problem.

Looking inside the backpack, there was a sawed-off shotgun that was not optimal to use, even in a risky situation it was not good to do so as it incapacitated other movements.

Next to the shotgun, there were  egg-shaped objects. Without Airon checking further he knew they were grenades. Originally he had more, but they were all used in the confrontation with the Vultures in the hospital.

Immediately afterwards, he picked up some long bottles filled with liquid, which was filled with gasoline, that the soldiers had prepared to defend the military base where he separated from his people. After all, firebombs were good for solving a good amount of walkers.

Finally, he pulled out a small iron box from the deepest part of the suitcase, opened it carefully and inside was the morphine injections and needles.

Pulling out an injection, Airon had to be prepared for anything and one of these injections would serve to ignore the pain in his body and move much more naturally for a while, just long enough to get out of trouble.

Putting most of the things away, Airon took some long knives and put them on his waist to eliminate the walkers silently if any were to be found. When he looked at Alicia who put on a coat, he didn't hand him knives as he had the barrel of a machine gun which was enough to eliminate the walkers with ease.

Accompanied by the sound outside the train station, Airon and Alicia walked slowly along the side to the right and after a brief inspection they both got off.

Then the two picked up their things they had left on the ground to get down properly, with hands holding their weapons tightly they walked inward along the rails.

Gradually their sounds moved quieter and quieter, walking leisurely through the dark and dank place. Everything seemed like it would be fine and after walking a few hundred more yards a loud sound was heard that made their movements stop abruptly.

"Move aside!"

"ROAR!!!"

The uproarious roar was heard from outside and suddenly many figures behind Airon, far beyond where they entered began to run as if they had gone into a frenzy.

Airon and Alicia cowered in a corner only to feel the figures roaring and shrieking all around, not knowing what else they could do, they just waited for everything to come under control.

Airon hugged Alicia and whispered, "They can't see us, they're different!"

When Airon looked up, he looked at those walkers in the darkness. They were not the same as the dumb, slow undead or those red-eyed runners. These appeared to be far more human than any other infected, but they all seemed to behave abnormally.

Their bodies looked dark, their muscles were exposed and Airon could have sworn that these infected were a new variant that he could not clearly identify. But just when he thought he hadn't encountered any animals of this level, he thought of that walker he eliminated at the military camp.

Seeing this familiar scene in front of him, Airon frowned slightly, lowered his gaze and looked ahead waiting for the moment to leave this place. Holding Alicia's cold hand, they were definitely in trouble.

Only now a question arose in Alicia's mind, could they survive?
