14 Malivore

-Taban pov -

As soon as those words left Elaine's mouth, I began to prepare. Turning to the council I said, "prepare for battle, this thing will come after you he absorbs creatures and somehow wipes the memories of everyone that ever knew them, I'm guessing since there is a Fairy, Berserker, Oni, and Kitsune here it will stop at nothing to get you," I said in a grave tone

"What about the werewolf and sorcerer," Father said gruffly

"Reports say that Malivore has seen their races but never attacked them," I replied as they all followed me to my war room

While we walked and discussed the plan I informed some soldiers to sound the war horns.

"What's the plan?" Han asked his tone grave

Looking over at him I said, "Elaine and you will be in the back, try to figure out what Malivore is, Ezra you will lead the human troops to hold it off and the rest of you will need to fight while keeping a distance, we cannot allow it to get close to any of you," I replied sharply

Father nodded while already taking out his bow, he really is prepared for every situation.

"What if it can't be killed," Elaine said softly

"Then we will need to seal it," I replied calmly but inside my mind, I was trying to figure out a viable plan

We left the room and started to hear up, Han brought out this weird flask and opened it, I looked at him strangely and he looked at where my eyes were sheepishly he said, "it's the ruined fountain of youth water, we tried to use it for some stuff but everything failed, then I accidentally channeled something that was soaked in it, the destructiveness of my spells increased a lot, this stuff is gold for battle,"

I nodded and continued to gear up, I was about to face my biggest foe yet, and I couldn't be more excited.

Grabbing my new spear I looked at everyone and nodded solemnly we needed to win.

I ran toward my stead and hopped on, riding faster than ever we reached the gate, Elaine was flying and Han was in the back, everyone else was scattered around, and we went for more of a gauntlet approach. Once the gates were open, Malivore would be surrounded by a gauntlet with me in the center because I might actually be able to fight the thing.

*screeee* the gates slowly pushed forward, and Malivore began to step in, it was a hideous thing, and it left no secrets for who it was looking for as its head snapped to every mystical creature that wasn't a sorcerer or werewolf.

"Fire," I said coldly my voice carried throughout the gauntlet

Now strings were let loose, thousands of arrows cascaded down on Malivore, and everyone watched in horror as the arrows just sank into its skin.

I rushed forward, my spear aiming straight for its head. malivore's hand snapped forward gripping my spear tip, bending his hand h broke it easily, I abandoned my spear and swung my fist out, *swoosh* *pah!* it grabbed my fist.

Malivore looked up at me, "can't absorb?" his voice was creaky and hollow

My eyes narrowed, and ripping my hand out of its grasp I began to attack it with every method possible.

*bang!* his foot shot out knocking me backward

I skidded against the ground, hoisting myself up I turned to my comrades, "any ideas?" I asked lightly my smile still present

"We might be able to seal it, but right now we don't have enough strength, if we can somehow get it back to the forest and on top of the center tree, my sect can channel the fountain, and the fairies can work their magic," Han said confidently

"It will work," Elaine added equally as confident

"Well that's good and all but how can we get it there," I said as it started to advance

Then an idea hit me.

"Inari, how far can you teleport something," I asked with a grin

"Not far enough, I can get it to the forest but that's about it," she replied with a worried gaze

"Sora, do you have to touch people to shadow teleport with them?" I asked my tone hopeful

"Yes," he responded in a grim tone

"Okay, what about your power nullification, can you grab him for a second and then let go of him?" I asked as my soldiers kept throwing themselves in front of the rampaging Malivore

"I'm not sure," he said softly

"Ha, well I have a better idea then," I said dryly

"Yeah what's that?" Father said behind me

"I will grab him he can't absorb me, then you will grab me Sora," I said lightly

"It could work," he nodded

"INARI, how many people can you bring that far?" I asked hurriedly

"Three people not including myself," she said

"I can go back myself with my guards," Elaine added helpfully

"Unfortunately, it's a fairy-only method," she said with a slight grimace

Okay, I can work with that.

"Inari, teleport Han, Sora, and I, Father and Ezra start rallying the troops," I said with a small smile

"Don't die, I still need to beat you," Father said giving me a long look, I offered him a slight smile in return

"Taban can you hold him still?" Inari asked and I nodded

I started to run toward him, I didn't bother to attack my arms spread wide like I was giving It a hug.

*Bang!* our bodies collided, I had him in a firm hug, Malivore couldn't get away from me but, he was trying his hands clawed at my back ripping off my flesh. I could withstand the pain, then I started to feel like I was burning, looking down I saw Malivore was breathing fire onto my chest, it hurt so bad, and the pain was like nothing I have ever felt.

"ARGHHH!" I grunted in pain refusing to scream

I could hear Inari chanting something from the distance. The next thing I knew I was at the border of the forest. Sora was behind me, I could 'see' him running up behind me and touching my back. Shadows encompassed us and the next thing I knew I was next to the fountain.

Malivore's hands got a solid hold into my back and he started to pull, I felt my body ripping apart but I didn't care, I wasn't going to let go.

"HAHHAHA! Do it!" I roared into Malivore's face

*shcckkk*

-Narrator pov -

Malivore tore apart Taban, each side of him flew in two different directions, and half of an insane smile was still present on each half of his body.

Looking around Malivore saw he was surrounded by Fairies and sorcerers. He began to move toward them but was stopped when they began to chant, he could feel his sludge body begin to stop working, and he felt his hold on the earth begin to slip.

"RAHHHH!" He screamed in anger using the powers of a troll he resisted the magic and began to run toward a fairy, shadows tried to hold him but he kept running.

Just as he was about to touch the fairy, a hand shot out and grabbed Malivore's hand.

"Hehehe, thought you could kill me?" Taban said his voice distorted by his body still repairing itself he looked like a stitched-up corpse

Using all of the strength he had Taban threw Malivore at the fountain of youth.

*bang!* malivore landed right before it

As Malivore began to get up, Sora began to move, he materialized before Malivore and kicked its stomach sending Malivore into the fountain.

"RAHHHH!" Malivore began to burn

"The chaos and destruction energy in the fountain is destroying its body!" Elaine yelled

"Rahhhhh!" Malivore screamed its right hand shot out and grabbed the ledge

Taban walked over, prying the hand off the ledge, they all watched as Malivore's body began to break down into the fountain.

"Hahaha!" Han started to laugh in pure joy causing a chain reaction soon everyone began to laugh in pure joy

They did it, they won.

A/N: hopefully this wasn't disappointing, I don't like Malivore as a character, and I didn't want him to ever be able to come back, I could have dragged the fight for two chapters or so, and I did think about it but honestly that would have been annoying for me to write and you all to read.
