35 Howler and My New Dans
Although the event was a bit abrupt, in the end Ginny ended up accepting my dating proposal.
My days were becoming very busy because of this and news of the event began to spread around the castle. This caused Ronald to look at me extremely aggressively during meals, the twins scowling at me until it finally culminated in one of the most shameful events possible for Ginny.
She received a Howler during breakfast.
"Ginerva Molly Weasley, do you have any idea what you are doing? Your father and I couldn't believe the letter Ronald sent home, you will come back during the winter break and we will have a very serious talk!" – shouted the howler with what I imagined to be the voice of my future mother-in-law.
Ginny blushed with embarrassment, but also with fury at her brother.
I had warned him so many times that we were all adults, but apparently he was more like Slytherin than he would ever admit.
Her response was a little classless and much milder than I would have done to him if she had given permission.
Ginny picked up the glass of juice she had just poured and threw it in his face, taking away the pathetic smile that had formed after the Howler.
She left the table and the twins followed her, leaving Ronald completely alone.
The childish guy gave me a look of shock and triumph since Ginny's action hadn't completely left his mind yet.
I simply slapped my hand on my forehead symbolizing that he was an idiot.
He was confused for a few moments before becoming angry at my response to what he had done.
Bridget, who was sitting next to me, tried to hold back her laughter, but she wasn't having much success.
"She's already fallen into your clutches, if she's like me she won't be able to escape." – she whispered provocatively in my ear.
Bridget was changing.
At first she was more demure, but now she was little by little loosening up, even though she wasn't ready to go to bed with me, she was becoming more and more comfortable with my advances during our kissing sessions.
The way she spoke while we were in more intimate moments changed too. Even though we were in the middle of the Great Hall she was murmuring and only I was able to hear her.
I grabbed her by the waist and planted a kiss on her cheek.
She flinched, blushing at my action, she was braver when it was just me or even with Ginny's presence, but when I acted in places with other people she seemed to remember that he didn't have the courage to have a relationship completely open to the world.
I laughed at that and people around me started looking at me strangely.
Many knew what the cause of the Howler was and here Bridget and I were acting intimately.
The worst of all the looks was Ronald's, he finally got up from the table and ran after Ginny.
When we met the girl later during Transfiguration class, Ginny was clearly angry and embarrassed and some of that was directed at me.
Bridget decided to sit with her while I used an unoccupied table.
Ginny was mad at me for putting her in this situation, but in the end she didn't want to cut ties with me. The twins should probably pay me a visit in the near future.
At the end of the day I finished my last research related to my Dans.
During the last few days I dedicated all my free time to this research and finally found the answers I was looking for.
I managed to deduce a Body Refining Dan that does not deal with the amount of fat in the body and makes muscle mass gain minimal while refining the entire body for elasticity and durability.
What I call Body Refine Dan For Women. A 1200 Galleon recipe that yielded three servings.
At the same time, I accidentally ended up creating a recipe that for just 200 Galleons makes you lose half the fat on your body. Which means I can make three Dans that if sold for 200 Galleons each make a profit of 400 Galleons.
This is something I have been actively discussing with Jonathan, I want my original recipes to be commercialized and Malfoy's orders could be what we needed to fund this.
My recipe with the most potential was clearly Marrow Cleansing Dan, but it was also the one with the most backfire potential. The families capable of acquiring it are part of the wrong circles of society, which is why we ended up deciding that we would only offer it to trustworthy people.
Of course I shared my speculations about the Deatheaters' movements with Jonathan, although he wasn't involved in the last war he was a Ravenclaw and not a Slytherin, so I believe I can trust him a little.
I wrote a letter and sent it to him through Shen informing him of my progress and requesting that he send me the ingredients so I could make the first batches of Dans as soon as Malfoy had paid enough to cover them.
Which only took a few days.
As we entered December Malfoy placed an actual order for Dans after receiving his test order, he liked the quality and placed an order worth tens of thousands of Galleons.
All I needed was to make the Dans and send them in sets.
I needed him to still consider that I would make 2 Dans per set of ingredients as I wanted Bridget to continue her learning. He was a little upset about this, but in the end he understood that if I could train her enough to help me, production would be accelerated vigorously.
If Bridget continues to improve the way she makes Dans, after this order she would be able to form two perfect Dans per set of ingredients.
Before starting Malfoy's request I dedicated my time to making the Dans for the girls.
Bridget needed just one Body Refining Dan and Ginny needed them all. I was still wondering if I would give something to Luna and if she would accept it.
On Saturday, December 11th, Bridget came to sleep in my room as she had become accustomed to, I took advantage of this moment to give her Body Refining Dan.
"I have something for you." – I said when she arrived.
She raised a curious eyebrow.
I went to my alchemy bench and opened the sealed box where I kept the Dans. I picked up a Body Refining Dan and smiled at her.
Bridget became alert.
"Is this what I think it is?" – she asked excitedly.
I nodded.
"Body Refining Dan For Women, terrible name, I need to work on it." – I said laughing.
"I agree, you don't need to call it that just because it doesn't promote muscle gain or weight loss." – she complained jokingly.
She took Dan from my hand and went to the bathroom.
She already knew how this would work, I didn't need to worry about anything.
When she finally came out of the bathroom a few hours later she was tired, but the perfection of her body had gone up a few notches.
Seeing her wrapped in the towel, I couldn't hold back and advanced on her.
"Kai, please don't." – she plead.
Her words managed to break me out of the trance I had fallen into upon seeing her.
I hugged her body for a few moments.
"I thought it would be impossible, but you became even more perfect." – I said in her ear.
Bridget blushed and I felt her wrap her arms around my neck.
Our lips started a battle for dominance and soon I had dragged her to the bed.
I threw her on the bed and climbed on top of her.
Our battle soon resumed as my hands traveled down her body.
I could feel her breathing getting heavier, her body getting hotter and I could even smell the scent in the air indicating that she was getting wet.
Just as I was about to lose control again, Bridget put her hands on my shoulders and pulled me away from her.
"We better stop here, I won't be able to resist much longer and I'm almost going crazy with anxiety." - she said.
She didn't feel ready yet, I could resolve this by continuing, or I could wait for her to be ready.
"I just want you to know how much I want you, if you really want to stop now that's fine." – I said as I caught my breath.
She was conflicted about how to respond.
"Not today, I'm very tired. I want to fully enjoy it." – she argued.
I took a deep breath, kissed her forehead and lay down next to her on the bed.
"I'm going to make you want to move into my room." – I provoked.
She snuggled into my chest.
"I hope you keep that promise." – she teased back.
