8 Chapter 8

Vladimir is sitting on his throne of gold and red cushions with a large painting of him with a gold frame with the imperial eagle on the wall behind him. There is even a footstool, but his legs can't reach it at the moment. He looks around the marble columns with gold bases and lines and the beautiful tiles. In front of him are six people, 5 men, and 1 woman. The five men are the generals of the army with 10,000 men under each and the woman is the admiral.

Vlad was surprised that the admiral was a woman but had no problems with it. As long as the person can do their job properly or better than gender doesn't matter. After having a brief discussion, he dismisses them. They salute and say long life before leaving. Vlad takes a deep sigh as he falls back on his throne with his eyes close.

It has been a month since he came to this world, and after coming back to his kingdom; he notices a few things. Cities have Russian names and designs. There is even a Moscow with a kremlin and a red square and St Petersburg with the Winter Palace in which our MC is as now. The Palace is the same just on earth with waterways that can be seen just like its original and leads out to the sea then an ocean. Vlad calls the sea the Russian Sea and doesn't plan on changing it.

From the map, he has seen current Russia is the size of Germany with a population of around 55-60 million people. Vlad was shocked but wasn't excited. If it was earth, he would have, but here he can't even call it an empire, at most a large kingdom. In the northern have is the industrial area and in the south the food providing half. The system has also given blessed lands and soils and from its description it allows me to grow anything and the land is fertile, which is good.

Salt, peppers, and some other spices are already being grown and distributed among the people, and when I gave the pimento seed to be grown, the farmers were excited since it's new and that will take three months to grow. Vlad secretly established his merchant group as well to earn some extra gold for himself.

Vlad goes to think about the other stuff he has seen. The system has applied some modern ideas as well such as women working and same-sex relationships which made him shocked but didn't care all that much. The streets were laden with gas street lamps to light the nights and he found out all cities have them. There is no slavery as well. To the west is a vertical mountain range he calls the Urals and beyond that, the system tells him its plains, but he will have to build a mountain tunnel or path to get through.

To the south, the kingdom says there are demi-humans, and when he asked more, the system explains that there are tribal beast-men, nomadic and demi-humans kingdoms. When it comes to weapons' only the army uses firearms and everyone else uses swords, sabers, bows, crossbows, etc.

Oh and finally for the continent Vlad is on the northern have and the central and southern is unknown to him and he calls it Pangea and it's a large one at that and the system tells him that there 3 more continents and many islands as well.
