42 39_Cry

The day passed and nobody knew how to make Lucius happy again. He didn't act sad, but everybody could feel that he was somehow different. In the past he was more cheerful, calm and always had a small smile on his face. But right now, he was the same, but not the same at the same time. It was like a wall was build between them and Lucius.

Only Lucius knew how he felt at that moment. Maybe he felt sad, angry, or even scared? They didn't know how he felt and that made it so much scarier to them. It felt like he wasn't here anymore.

The cause of this all just sat beside him the whole afternoon like he didn't hurt someone's precious feeling. He didn't try to comfort him, try to talk to him. He just ignored him like every other day.

When he walked home together with Eira and Kai they met Leo and Jaylen.

"Don't mind him. He is always like that. Just ignore him.", they said, but it didn't have any effect on Lucius.

He only smiled at them and thanked them for comforting him. He smiled but somehow it made the people who saw it sad. His smile was bright but didn't warm them it made them scared.

At home he acted like always no one would see that he wasn't like before. But they all felt it, they felt it but didn't know what to say.

It was like he was once again the same as one month ago. The one who would try to please everyone, the one who wouldn't listen to his own feelings. The one who would lock up his feelings, emotions.

This continued for a whole week. Everyone walked on eggshells and didn't know what to do to make him feel better.

They tried to act like always, but it is easier said than done.

"Are you okay?"

"Just ignore it."

"Everything fine?"

"…"

Different questions, but the same answer.

People asked and asked how he felt and so on, but he always answered the same to everyone.

"I'm okay."

Who knows how he felt in reality?

A day passed

Two days passed

Three days passed

A week passed

And they are now already halfway October. Everything was still the same.

"Hello everyone.", Iyan said.

"From now on our class will have a new student."

A change took place.

"Don't overwhelm her too much."

They heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!", Iyan said.

The door opened and a girl walked in. She walked with confidence and full of spirit. You could see her short black hair from the side. She turned to the crowd and made a slight bow.

"Nice to meet you.", she looked at the class she will be in now.

Her beautiful ocean blue eyes looked at them one by one. She stopped when she reached Lucius and showed a bright smile.

"My name is Lin Arsenio Weipanson. You can call me Lin."

The girl who stood in front was no one but the girl Lucius met before he woke up here.

"Lin.", Lucius whispered.

After a half month he finally showed his emotions once again.

"I'm so happy to see you again, Lucius.", Lin said with a bigger smile than before.

"Fortunately, you didn't forget me.", she said while laughing silently.

She walked to his desk while Lucius stood up with a dumbfounded expression.

"Why?", he asked.

This why could mean a lot of things from 'Why are you here?" to 'Why are you here only now?'. But Lin understood what he meant.

"I'm sorry I'm so late something happened so I got held up, but it seems we will have a lot to talk now, right?"

Lucius grabbed his shirt. The once neat shirt was now being crumbled by his hands.

"I'm sorry.", Lucius murmured quietly.

"Don't be sorry.", Lin said angry.

"You didn't do anything wrong. You hear me."

Before Lucius stood now the girl who gave him a new chance, but instead of changing he stayed the same. He didn't want to meet her again like this. He wanted to show how much he changed and make her proud. Therefore, he was mad and sad about himself. He felt like he didn't deserve to know her.

In his eyes she was his saviour, his hero. She was kind, happy, fun and most of all not fake. Fake as him.

"It seems you still have the habit to drown in your thoughts."

Lin took one step closer and reached to Lucius. She put her arms around Lucius's neck and pushed his head on her shoulder.

"You did great, Lucius. Don't worry. I'm proud of you.", her comforting voice was heard in the whole class.

*DRIP* *DROP*

Tears fell down on her small shoulder. The wall Lucius build were broken by the small girl that hugged him.

"Lin.", he sobbed while hugging her small body.

The two stood there in their own world with everyone looking at them, but no one stopped them. They let Lucius cry out his feelings and hoped that they too would be able to get inside his wall.
