"Hey Ash, yeah Chicago was nice and all but the winters up their were terrible, I'm just glad being back in a state where the winter is pretty mild." She said as she kicked up her feet onto her desk as she talked about her time in Illinois.

"Cool, cool, I also heard you were in a rock band and all that, how did that go when you did it?" I ask as I sat in the chair next to hers.

"It was good, great even as I had the time of my life but then our drummer broke her wrist and couldn't play for a few months but we had a concert we needed to do so we needed a replacement and…. It was another elf…." She said as she ran her fingers through her hair, and if she could she'd grab her cigarettes and take a smoke, but since she was in school she couldn't.

"Ahh, I can guess that didn't end well and you left the band not long after." I said as I saw her nod.

"Yeah, but then I found out we were moving back down to Texas and now here we are, but hey it's good to see some friendly faces again, and say you interested in helping me make a new band?" She decided to pop the question to me.

"Well I don't mind? I'm a good singer but I'd probably only be able to practice once a week with you and whoever else you get to join us." I say with a shrug, this life and my previous life I was always a decent to good singer.

"That's good enough for me, now all we need is a drummer and a guitarist and we got everyone we need, say does Chancey still play the guitar?" She asks me which I nod in response.

"Yeah she does, and I think she will agree to join, now all that's left is finding a drummer." I say before the bell rings ending homeroom class.

I then stand up, "We can pick up on this later, how about next Saturday we start practice when we find a drummer?" I say as she nods.

"Sounds good to me, so see you later man." She said with a wave before leaving class and heading in the opposite direction of me.

After school, in the gym a fighting ring had been set up where Ruth was currently duking it out with the strong upper class man Rumi.

Their punches and kicks were loud and fierce as they cause slight shockwaves when they attacked each other.

"Everytime I see it she always surprises me with her massive strength." I say with a sigh as I look at Ruth going all out, though if you looked at her face you could see she was pissed.

As to why she was pissed the short and simple answer is that Rumi wanted to have her way with me if she won the fight, as it had gone around the school, no thanks to Lynn's intervention, that me and Ruth were a thing.

Now if this was my old world the genders would be reversed, I'd be the girl and Ruth and Rumi would be the guys so yeah if you heard that back on earth you know you'd be pissed like she was now.

Now it's obvious Ruth doesn't care if I'm with other women or futas but Rumi wanted to 'take' me from her and keep me all to herself so Ruth wasn't having any of that bullshit.

And now Rumi was on the ropes, battered and bruised with blood trickling down her mouth where as Ruth only has a few scratches here and there but it was clear Ruth was winning this fight.

*POW! PAK! POW! POW! BOOM!*

The sounds of her hits were fast and ferocious before she finally broke Rumi's guard and gave her a nasty right hook to end the fight with a full blown KO.

"Winner is Ruth!" Undyne called out as everyone clapped at her sucess while a few went to patch Rumi up after everything that happened.

Ruth didn't say much and just nodded before she began exiting towards my side of the ring, but then I saw a familiar blur cone up behind her.

"Hey Ash! Think fast!" I heard Lynn shout out towards me as she pushed Ruth over the edge of the ropes making her fall fast towards me.

(Strength and Agility Check: Passed!)

With my quick reaction time I was able to hold my arms out in time to catch her, and with my tremendous strength I was able to hold her in a bridal carry with little effort as I held the big girl in my arms as I looked her, "You alright?"

"….. Mmmm…." She said as a blush was on her face, but we both saw Lynn snickering at us which Ruth got a dark look on her face as she got out of my embrace.

She didn't say anything as Lynn kept teasing her as they began to head towards the showers, but I had a feeling Lynn was just signing her death warrant for doing that.

"Oi Ash! Let's have a spar!" I heard a familar voice call out as I turned to look and see August looking at me with a big grin on her face while fully decked out in her wrestling gear.

"Well if you insist getting an ass whooping from me again then so be it." I say with a smirk as I fix my MMA gloves to my hands as I jump into the ring before putting up my hands as I got ready to fight.

(Ash's looks)

"You really are asking for me to kick your ass huh? This time I'm not holding anything back!" She says as I feel an intense fighting aura began to come off of her body.

"Then I'll show you what I really got as well." I say as and aura flares off my body as well as we stare eachother down, and just as the match is about to start.

*THWACK!*

"YEEEEOOOOOWWWW!!! Ruth I'm sorry okay I- *THWACK!* OOOWWWW!!! Stop whipping me with your towel!!!" We heard Lynn shout out as she rushes out of the locker room with Ruth close on her heels while wielding a towel as a whip hitting her in the ass over and over as she try's to keep away from her big sister.

Both me and August see that and we couldn't help but laugh at the antics of those two girls, before getting serious as the bell rang as we launched at each other.

"We are getting reports of a massive firestorm sweeping through the south western states and heading eastward with its next target being the Texas tri-state area, More news at 11." The anchorwoman said before i paused the tv and rewound it on the firestorm that was being recorded.

I let it play at quarter speed for a few seconds before I stopped it on what I saw, "You got to be kidding me…."

Within that blazing inferno a humanoid shape could be seen with rather obvious draconic like features of their body.

"Oh that's not good, the only thing in the universe that can make a firestorm wherever they walk if they are not in a hot enough environment is a Volcanic Empress, a draconic alien who's home world is nothing but molten lava and barren rock, why she is clear is unknown, but you better do something or else this entire state will go up in flames real fast." Karelia said to me through our link as a shook my head.

"Haaaa…. Looks like I have to go out and save the world, or at least go out and save Texas, man this hero stuff is a drag…." I say running my fingers through my hair.

Looks like things are about to get really hot down south.
