1 phase one : 'we'

-introduction-

In the days of yore, lived a monster different from the rest.

He was what people called him 'the deadliest'.

Nobody has ever survived come close to him. Not even the most powerful person.

No… He didn't have scary eyes or fangs or spikes.

He had something better. Better than any weapons or powers of humankind.

He didn't have to move to strike.

Radiation. He had a powerful, almost the same as nuclear radiation.

Come near him, you won't even survive within 3/4 miles far.

And oh that monster is full of hate. With or without reasons. It was like, it's his lifestyle or maybe he was born with it.

His heart… well, does he even have a heart?

He once had the urge to kill the whole world.

Nobody can stop him, nobody can run away, nobody can hide from him.

The villagers suffered from a tremendous fear every night, every day.

But, suddenly... The monster disappeared out of nowhere.

No more news about murders. No more blood in sight every morning...

Until now, nobody knows why...

Do you ever fear that you would mean nothing to the world... before or after you die? That you wouldn't leave any legacy to the world? That your life is just a speck of dust which... we all are.

Flashback,

2060

It wasn't the first time this had happened. He had sent someone to a hospital, again. He sat outside of the principal room as his nanny and the principal talked about his bad behavior. The lights were blinking on and off… they never fixed it.

He stared to the school's park through the huge window in front. When he saw his classmates got picked up by parents from school, he clenched his jeans and looked away with eyebrows furrowed… Look at them, they're so lucky and I'm not.

"He's been creating fights with his classmates… listen, mam… Sorry to say, but, he keeps doing this for too long and too brutal. Last time it was a bone fracture, and now, a broken leg?!" The principal rubbed her forehead in stress. "We can't control him anymore. If you want your child to study here, he needs to behave. I suggest he should go to child therapy. I'm sorry, but this is… last chance… We can't have a kid like that," She said with an assertive tone. The room was cold, quite bright, and her eyes were fierce.

"I-I'm truly sorry for… everything. Give him some few months… His mother made him enter more and more martial arts course… and also started entering a basketball club… It'll at least reduce… everything," The nanny replied, fidgeting her hands in worry. "I promise you."

"You're not his mother…" The principal, Mrs. Robinson stated. Nanny nodded. She raised her eyebrow sarcastically. "Where's his mother, then? I thought I said it clear… I want to meet his parents, not substitute. This is an important matter..."

"They're on a business trip… with the father. He rarely meets his parents. Last year, his parents only came back once. So, Please, understand him. Don't drop him out… I'll try my best to change him. all of this is also because the way I'm not putting enough affection to him. So please, I'll try my hardest," She begged, her head ached. Stress was all over her, maybe… a bigger stress than the principal.

Ansell heard all of this… And his face was stone cold, but… you could see a glint of sadness on his sapphire eyes quite clearly. This time, was the first time his nanny talked like this to the principal, she's sincerely begging and kinda exposed his family life. He shouldn't have listened… Hearing his parents' just made him more in hate, more in grudge, and hurt.
