Promised Time
Gods cannot use their Arcanum in the Genkai per the rule set for them or else they would be sent back to Tenkai for breaking it unless they have permission to use it.
There are some explanations for this rule like how they descended to have some entertainment and using their power would only defeat the purpose of enjoying the mortal world.
However, the most glaring reason for this is to avoid the acceleration of the Promised Time as their Arcanum only agitated the dungeon.
That's why Ouranos is constantly watching over the gods and dungeon, praying on something below the depths of it, no one knows what it was but surely it is the cause for the birth of the unending monsters.
Some gods know what it was and set the goal of clearing the dungeon to give humans the better life they deserved.
"That's why we need him as the current Hero of this generation to clear the dungeon"
Hephaestus clearly stated with both of her eyes full of resolution, Freya and Loki are staring at the red-haired goddess wondering how and when since she has been healed of her curse.

Hephaestus clearly understands what Loki means however she wants the world to be better before her child would be born, and she had enough confidence that David can do it.

Freya coldly stated with sharp eyes, she knows that there are some goods and goddesses who fear that their time of ruling humans would end that's why they rather indulge in a hedonistic lifestyle, than help diving into the dungeon.

Loki grabs her plate which is silently eyed by Hestia beside her, she was extremely amazed by the taste of the food here, it is similar to how Soma wine tastes without the adverse effects.

Loki slammed the table in frustration, even if both Hephaestus and Freya fall over heels for some mortals, the thought of sacrificing so many lives just for a single man caused her great frustration, they even lied to her to make her agree.

While laughing outrageously Loki grasps her face with her head tilted and rested on the soft chair she is sitting on, even as a joke, this is beyond what she can take.
God descended to Genkai to entertain themselves but if this news would be known, even another war between gods is not impossible, leaving the treat of the dungeon as a farce.
Having their own fresh and blood is one of their dreams as it is the main reason why they started creating Familia is to experience to have their own family.
Hestia was very happy for her friend, remembering all the hardship to prove herself to others finally bear fruit with true love and happiness.
"Congratulations Hephaestus, as a goddess of the family, I know that you would be a good mother, I just hope that you would help me bear a child too."
Pouting, she remembered that Hephaestus strongly disagreed to help her in that matter as she was not ready for something that she could not understand.

For those who are confused, a month passed after Ishtar and Allen's attack that's why already reached level 4.
The reason for this is because of the eight gates and evolution, the eight gates push his body more than what it can handle enhancing everything even magic because it is considered magic in his status.
And evolution changes and adjusts his body to accept the power the eight gates bring, even forces for his being to evolve to something higher for it.
Imagine a balloon being pumped by air to its maximum but instead of popping his skill evolution changes the property of the balloon to accept more air.
