He is abusing Limit Off and Invoker's ability to Invoke Ornn, the Divine Blacksmith to create the Tears of the Goddess and upgrade the Myriad Manifestation Umbrella with a hundred percent certainty.
After using Limit Off a few days ago he can now perfectly use it with the help of Correxion and instead of sacrificing his mind, he can utilize the surrounding mana to sustain his skills.
If not for the godly requirement of mind to remove the curse of Hephaestus's eyes then no one would notice the surrounding disturbance of mana and the echoing sounds of a bell.

The alliance between Loki, Hephaestus, and Goibniu would start the expedition tomorrow and this would be the last time of their training, Tsubaki even decided to throw a party tonight.

What troubled Welf is not just her skill at forging but also her prowess at fighting, after a month of constantly training with Tsubaki, she concluded that there's nothing for her to teach to David even at the start.
But his confidence as a blacksmith and pride as a man wouldn't allow him to pursue her without any right to do so, that's why he planned to surpass her at least at forging.
His goddess is also here conversing with Tsubaki about the upcoming expedition, unfortunately, he can't join them because he is still very far from leveling.
Clenching his fist in frustration he decided to do his utter best to catch up to her.
After a while a very tempting aroma aroused their attention, David finally finished her cooking and preparing the food for them.
Hephaestus gulped after seeing the appetizing different dishes in front of her, It is her first time to taste his cooking aside from his coffee, and Tsubaki would always brag how delicious it is.
Taking the first bite she was surprised and had to force herself to wake up after watching a bunch of Davids intimately looking at her while forging.
Looking around she saw Tsubaki and Welf in their own world while David is silently eating beside her with a teasing smile.
She didn't know what happened later after indulging herself in his cooking, but she enjoyed every moment of it.
