David is slowly walking towards the center of the room while the rest of his clones spread apart to confront the Goliath, this is a fight that he will win, an easy prey for him.

With each step the wall enclosing the Goliath is breaking, a large slab of stones is flying towards them, the Loki Familia, Hephaestus Familia, and his own Familia are looking at the side with frisson.

A suicide plan if anyone would fight the Monster Rex with just 7 level 2 adventurers, but David didn't even plan to join them.

Jinx is already cackling while bombarding the wall with her cannon, each bang is blinding the Goliath before it can completely arise, while Braum in his all form is holding his shield in front of them.

With a kick the Goliath propelled a house-size boulder towards them, whistling with tremendous pressure and size, but instead of changing positions, Braum leaps in the air withstanding the humongous projectile with his shield before bringing it down, smashing the ground and creating a massive fissure in the dungeon.

Before the Goliath can dodge the fissure bigger than his foot struck him, locking him in position and adhering his whole leg inside the rift, Braum with his all might immobilize the giant in just one move.

The spectators can only gasp at his strength, no level 2 adventurer can do his deed, catching a rock so big and then sending it to the ground to create a fissure towards the Goliath.

'There's something wrong, even with the boulders' momentum it's not enough to create that much effect, a skill?'

Finn is observing their every move and the Goliath already had a hard time coming out from the dungeon wall with only just the blue-haired girl and their tank attacking.

'But they're not chanting, even a level 3 cannot do that easily.'

Abruptly Lux cast a spell toward the Goliath, rooting it in place as lightning flashed for a moment before followed by an intense volume of thunder.

Xin Zhao shortly appeared before the Goliath, he looks like an ant compared to it, but each attack brings the Goliath to its knees and every swipe rendered its remaining leg useless.

With one leg in the fissure and the last one battered by Xin Zhao, the Goliath can only scream, using its innate ability to inflict fear to low leveled adventurers, but nothing happens except for its last leg being brutally torn by Xin Zhao with a swipe.

'This is absurd, even I cannot use my whole strength in my every attack, or else my form and posture would be destroyed.'

Finn is amazed and confused at Xin Zhaos' assault. Each trust and swipe shatter the sound barrier it causes an explosion.

He is way more powerful than him but in terms of pure mastery and skill he would never gain a victory, his every attack connects to the last, and even after using his full power it didn't break his stance.

On its last leg, the Goliath helplessly tumbles on its back with Jinx still flooding its face, after taking its mobility Xin Zhao moves back as he can't reach the Goliath from the hole it was stuck from.

Stunned, everyone looks at them like they are a monster, 3 level 2 adventure renders the Monster Rex useless. Even the higher-level adventurer can't help but compare themselves to them.

Quickly they gaped at the crazed young woman on the other side of the dungeon that hysterically laughing after sending a flying large piece of metal flying towards the downed Goliath.

They don't know what it was, but they recognize the danger it brings, peering at the Goliath they noticed its mouth is beaming, an attack is coming, and contending against the coming flying metal of death.

Braum responded immediately by throwing Xin Zhao to the back while leaning and holding his shield firmly, intending to defend them.

Boom!

With a large explosion, the Goliath was hit directly but without releasing its attack toward them but Braum face it head-on as the ground cracked while he shifts the force on the floor, gradually pushing him back.

"NO MORE HOLDING BACK!"

" No chant!"

Riveria unexpectedly cried out, with her sharp eyes she noticed how Lux is slightly hovering in the air while rapidly twirling her wand, the surrounding is even slightly trembling with how much mana her skill cost, but it still doesn't require her any chant.

"DEMACIA!"

Abruptly a blinding light gleams brightly while illuminating the entire dungeon room, for a second they can only see white until they saw the headless Goliath slumps on the ground.

It can't even take a single step.

"Finish it!"

They look around and see Bete with a heated smile, seeing the weaker adventure properly decimating the Goliath in an orderly manner he can't help but feel the craving to fight too.

Suddenly everyone backed away from him, seeing the crazy blue hair girl pointing her gun toward him, even Bete can't help but raised his hands, he doesn't know why but his instinct kicks in.

"Aww, c'mon, what's the worst that could happen? "

Jinx smiled crazily, but unexpectedly a massive boulder suddenly thrown at her, alarmed he tried to help however before he can react one of the two samurai appeared on its path.

"Face the Wind!"

Unable to help Bete is annoyed when he caught a glimpse of the snickering Jinx before winking at him.

"Tsk!"

After ridiculously blocking the huge chunk of a boulder with just a wall of wind, Ains finally confirmed her speculation that Yasou can also use the wind similar to her.

The Goliath with its hardly recognizable head dashed into a crouch position with its only two hands after yanking its remaining leg that was trapped in the fissure.

"Captain, should we help?"

Tione asked Finn, she knows how dangerous the Goliath is especially in its berserk form.

"No it's fine, look how calm they are and David is still doing nothing."

She is just twirling her umbrella with a serene smile, and seems like enjoying the fight without any concern. It looks how beautifully contrasting the image between her and the Goliath.

"Since the start, I sense something wrong with them, our goddess told me that she is only a level 2 that recently level up similar to his companion, but their strength is comparable to level 3, even approaching level 4."

Staring at David he believes it is her doing, it is just speculation, but it seems the reason that she can't fight is that she doesn't have to, they even protected her tightly with Lux, Jinx, and the last samurai, Yone by encircling her.

Ains eyes widen after seeing the wind carry the man beyond them, higher than the Goliath and almost touching the limit of the dungeon then instantly slashed in 3 strikes, killing the Monster Rex into a puff of smoke and ashes.
