1 Chap. 001 - Shameless Bitch!

Slap!!

One slap flew hard into Yue Yin's face when she had not prepared her heart to receive it. She hasn't known what was wrong she had done. She didn't even know why she deserved a slap. But Wen Mei Li hasn't stopped in venting her anger.

"You're the shameless bitch!! How could you possibly be chosen to marry Young Master Quan?"

"You've been flirting with him surreptitiously? And you've been eyeing his treasure from the start?"

Overwhelmed by disappointment and anger that were rising like wildfire, Wen Mei Li wouldn't be content to slap Yue Yin just once.

She was getting ready to slap Yue Yin again. However, because of Yue Yin lowered her head and protected her face with both her hands. Wen Mei Li was obliged to change her strategy.

She used her left foot to kick Yue Yin's knee to fall to the floor.

"Argh!!"

A satisfied smile spread on Wen Mei Li's cynical face.

Vice versa, Yue Yin couldn't do anything other than whimpering in pain and pressing her knees. She tried to protect her legs and face from getting a third attack. Wen Mei Li then stabbed Yue Yin's forehead who was weak in defense, using the tip of her index finger.

"You're so annoying! You're really a trash girl! How dare you step over me! You thought you could be swaying pretty on the red carpet when that wedding probably happened?"

Yue Yin kept maintaining her patience. She had gotten used to being mistreated. Just a slap, a punch, and a finger prick. None of those would be able to make her suffer badly.

"Mei Li, I don't know what you're talking about. But did you have to slap and hit me? We could have a good talk without violence. I'm sure you are a smart woman too."

Mei Li's spiteful laughter spread. She grabbed Yue Yin's hair in one rough tug.

"Arghh!!!"

"You tried to act innocent and smart?!"

"You have known that Young Master Quan was sickly! That's why you tried to be Young Misstress Quan. So that you could snatch his fortune when he died! Do you think I don't know about your scheming?"

"A lot of the weak guys found it difficult to deal with the weak girls. So that tactic you used to steal his attention?!!"

Yue Yin attempted to endure her pain.

She took off her claws and then approached her father to seek his sympathy.

"Daddy! Please say and do something to solve this problem! Didn't you say that you would personally marry me to the Quan family's beloved youngest child? But, why?"

"Why would the ugly Yue Yue marry him? Are you not afraid that Yue Yue will embarrass our family name? She couldn't match up with the famous Quan family! It could be a disgrace if father keeps them married!"

Everything was willing for Mei Li to do. She hurled insults. It was solely to thwart the wedding plans between Yue Yin and Quan Li Jian. The man who was rumored to have to get married as soon as possible. Because his family wanted offspring from him. Wanted to make him happy for the rest of his life.

Chang Ge pressed his temples. He's frustrated. He also wouldn't like this misdirected situation to crush them. He doted Mei Li more than his first daughter, Wen Yue Yin. They were both sisters from different mothers. After Chang Ge remarried Li Hua and performed the funeral service for Lu Qi Xuan, Yue Yin's mother.

"Dad couldn't do much, Ah Mei!" Chang Ge used to call his beloved daughter 'Ah Mei'.

Mei Li was getting more and more annoyed to hear her father's defense.

"So, right now father intends to compare me to Yue Yue?!"

She was overjoyed when she heard that the Quan family agreed to marry their son to the daughter of the Wen family. However, instead of choosing who has more popularity and beauty. The damn freak son actually preferred her looser stepsister!?

Mei Li ridiculed Yue Yin.

"Don't immediately act arrogant just because the Quan family wants you! They did that because they had no other choice! They only would like to have a weak and easy- ordering as a daughter-in-law! In the fact, they just wanted to find a daughter-in-law who could take care of their sick son!"
