Chapter 1: The Beginning

On a sunny Monday morning, Park Yubin was getting ready for her first day of school in 10th grade. She quickly puts on her uniform and shoes, then checks her phone only to see 8 missed calls from her best friend Choi Mingyu.

"Damn it he's probably worried since what happened yesterday"

The day before Yubin and Mingyu went to a party and they split up for just a few minutes. A group of boys start to mess with Yubin, just wanting to get in her pants. Of course Mingyu saw and came back and stuck up for her. They left after Mingyu punched one of their guys. Now in reality you would think they would all gang up on Mingyu but, one they were drunk, and two Mingyu is 6'2 and has a really nice build. And the only guy with them that had muscle was the guy Mingyu had punched.

Well after all that happened Yubin and Mingyu decided to go home, but Yubin wanted to walk home alone for sometime to think; So she made Mingyu walk alone too. He told her to make sure to call him when she got home and she promised. But the second she got home she fell asleep and forgot to call him.

"He's going to kill me isn't he-"

Someone is knocking on the door.

"shit....COMING!"

She rushes to the door and opens it. Standing there was a very very mad Mingyu. "I told you to call me binnie" he's called her binnie since they were 6. "I'm sorry Mingyu I fell asleep" she told him while walking to the kitchen to make a sandwich. He followed her and chuckled "hey make me one too" she laughed and looked at him and said "make it yourself" then she winked at him and took her sandwich to the dinner table to eat it. "Hey where's your dad?" Yubin put down her sandwich and looked at Mingyu, She then got up and gave him the rest of the sandwich. "I....don't know"

He ruffled her hair and finished eating the sandwich, before running outside "come on binnie I'm not going to wait forever" she hates it when he ruffles her hair, so she ran outside too and saw that he was in a car.

"Aww did our cute little Min Min get his first car?" She said in a annoying baby voice

"Shut up and get in before I leave you walking alone"

She smirks at him and says "well maybe I should walk alone" he gets mad then gets out of the car and walks up to her. "I'm not letting you walk alone Yubin, not again" he grabs her by her wrists and basically drags her to the car. He opens the door so she got in, then he closed the door and got in the driver seat. Mingyu drove them to school while blasting music, lowering it once they arrived at the front gates to the parking spaces.

"WAIT MINGYU PARK AT THE FRONT" he confusingly obeys and parks at the front row of the parking lot at the school. "Can I ask why- Oh don't tell me" he turns in the car to see Yubin starring at a guy walking into the school. "Let me guess you like him?" He rolls his eyes. Mingyu has had the biggest crush on Yubin ever since they met when they were little, but Yubin never really noticed.

"Come on let's go in-" she gets out of the car not even waiting for Mingyu. Mingyu turns off the car and catches up to Yubin. "So what's his name?" She smiles and giggles "his name is Changmin he's in 11th grade and he is top of his class, also the class president and a student council member he is also 17 years old and very very handsome- of course he doesn't have as much muscle as you, but that doesn't really matter to me" he rolls his eyes and starts walking faster "Hey slow down!"

Yubin and Mingyu have the first two classes together but after that they have different classes and don't see each other till lunch. On her way to 3rd period someone pushes her down the stairs. "Oops you should watch where your going, you might get hurt" they laugh and walk away. No one saw what happened but Yubin slowly sits up. "Ow my neck" she tries to get up but she can't. "Are you okay!?!" She hears and soft deep voice say behind her. She turns a bit and see's Changmin and whispers to herself. "Damn it not know he can't see me like this-" he runs to Yubin "can you stand" she shakes her head no so he proceeded to pick her up bridal style. "I'll take you to the nurse" he walks down the hall carrying Yubin in his arms, but they bump into Mingyu.

"What are you doing with Yubin?" He glared at Changmin "she fell down the stairs. So I'm taking her to the nurse" Mingyu looks at Yubin but everything suddenly goes black and Yubin passes out. "I'll take her!" Mingyu tells Changmin making it clear he doesn't want him near Yubin. "What no I'm already carrying her" Changmin let's Yubin down but holds her up by putting one of her arms over his shoulder and holding her by her waist. Mingyu pushes Changmin and Yubin falls but they don't notice so Changmin pushes Mingyu back.

They kept pushing each other until Mingyu sees Yubin laying on the floor. "Binnie!" Mingyu picks her up and throws her over his shoulder and smirks at Changmin. "See you" Mingyu winks at him and takes Yubin to the nurse and lays her on one of the beds. Now he waits till she wakes up.
