Burning Jealousy

Back at the Valanthur Royal Palace,

The sounds of knocking coming from the room snapped Reina out of the difficult thoughts that had been swarming her mind.

Still unaware of the fact that a certain General had just discovered information regarding her trip to a store in the City Center more than a month ago, she turned her gaze in the direction of the door.

She did not have to work too hard as simply focusing on the door helped her recognize who was standing outside it.

Despite the existence of a myriad of questions currently plaguing her mind, Reina decided to put them on hold for the moment.

Since there was someone standing outside her room, it would be rude to keep them waiting.

Hence she got off the bed and walked toward the door, opening it without delay.

This act allowed the man who had been waiting outside the door to get a good look at her the moment the door swung open.
