Acting Jealous

"Why does it seem like she was pretty close to you, Luiz?" Nari asked, crossing her arms against her chest. She felt Evelina was trying to imply her importance in Luiz's life, but she determined she was more significant. 

After all, she had known Luiz since they were wearing diapers!

Their party was on the road, riding Salvi's SUV. They were headed for Luiz's apartment, planning to get some of his clothes. They agreed to stay at Salvi's mansion for the entire duration of their visit. This included Luiz's two weeks of break. 

Luiz and Nari sat at the backmost, Salvi and Chan-Mi stayed at the center of the SUV while Geun took the front, together with the driver. 

Responding to Nari's words, Luiz scratched his head and said, "Umm. Well, we are batch mates. She helped me a lot in school, especially when I was late... Generally, she is very helpful. Rio and I, we have been to her house on several occasions."
