93 Trip to Japan (15)

Lucas led her upstairs to a large theater. The ceiling was made of a gigantic glass dome which reflected the sky. Lillian watched the sky in awe. For some reason, the sky looked closer as if she could touch it. The stars were brighter and the moon was like a large orb which was lighting up the dark sky. She could make out the black and blue hues which surrounded the moon.

Lillian followed him even higher until they reached a place where there were several windows. They were almost at the rooftop of the planetarium, welcoming a clear sky.

"Will we really see the meteor shower?" She gasped. "It'll be visible to the naked eye?"

"Yes," Lucas nodded. "It comes every hundred years."

"Woah!"

She was now very excited. Lillian had never seen a meteor shower before and to experience something like that with Lucas was making her heart beat fast. She glanced at him, blushing a little.
