"I seem to have a lot of coins. Let's see what this much can fetch me." Kenji said and checked the Exchange shop page.
The first page had two options

2. Exchange coins for items]
Kenji was wrapped in a towel, so he couldn't move his hands. Luckily, when he focuses on an option, it gets selected.
He opened the "Exchange coins for items" page and a page opened with options

1. Daily Chest(Once per day) - 50 coins
2. Attribute Points - 2000 coins
3. Skill Points - 10,000 coins]
Kenji didn't like what he was reading. He had a small fear and started to dig deep into the system, looking at each and every option in the system.
After two hours, he had a disappointed look and said in his head "This thing is practically useless. The only way to earn exp and level up is by opening chests. And the only way to level up my skills is to use the skill points from the shop.
The only way to get coins to do that is also by opening chests. The only good thing I found was the amount of coins I have. I might have done something great in my previous life accidentally, earning me this much coins."
And as if the system read his thoughts a window popped up with a message saying

They couldn't live long enough to spend these coins, thinking 'I shouldn't spend these coins without thinking. It's better to have some in case of emergency'. Do, don't think too highly of yourself.]

Kenji said and exchanged all his coins for 730,000 attribute points and 200,000 skill points.

He opened his stats page. Even the Attributes section had a '?'. He skipped it as he decided to look into it later.
Now that he had to make sure he chooses the correct stat to invest in, he focused on the '?' and a window popped up, explaining the attributes
[Attributes are the quantified representation of the user's current stats. These are the only one in the system that can be increased by working hard.
The attributes can also be increased by using attribute points. The amount of attribute points required to increase an attribute by one, will double every time. That means an attribute which required 2 attribute points to level up, will need 4 for the next, 8 after that and so on.
Types of Attributes:
STR: Represents the physical strength. It includes speed and durability.
STA: Represents the stamina of the user.
MTH: Represents the mental health. This includes all the attributes like will power, intelligence, wisdom and reflexes.
ENE: Represents the energy of the user. Different from stamina as this indicates energy levels of things like chakra, ki, qi, divine energy, etc.,
CHA: Indicates the charm of a person. If high enough, it can even make a cockroach look like a butterfly.
LCK: Represents the luck of the user. Very unpredictable stat. Can make you rich or poor in seconds.]
After reading all of it, Kenji didn't like what he was reading. "What's with this attribute point system, now I know why the previous users had these many coins and didn't use them. It's because when you reach to a high level, you will need stat points in millions or billions."
He then checked the skills page and it also had the same bullshit. "It's not like I have any other option here. I have already exchanged these points for coins." he thought and used all his points to upgrade his skills and his attributes.
After investing all his points, his status window looked like this

2. Treasure Eye (Unique)(Lv-17):- Can detect treasure chests in a radius of 750 meters and show the surroundings of the chest in X- ray vision. Range increases with level.]
Kenji looked at his stats and the balance of his attribute points and skill points. Looking at them, he had a pained expression. "Approximately 3.5 billion worth of coins only increased my stats by about 15-20. I can't depend on coins to upgrade my attributes. I take back what I said about the amount of coins being the good thing about this system.
The only good thing about this system is the rewards I get after I level up. I get +1 to every attribute and skills. That indicates that I have to regularly open chests and level up. It is surprising that when I raised the skill of theft skill, I immediately knew how to sneak into places without making any noise and how to open locks."
He didn't like how he has to do all this like a thief. He felt that it is a cowardly move, the previous cultivation world has affected his personality a little. But still, since he didn't have any other option, he decided to play along with the system.
"Since you want a thief, I will become a thief that will put even Black Cat to shame." Kenji said in his head.
