123 Chapter 123: Revelation IX

Charlton was in his study, sitting in front of his table, absently playing at the corners of the manila envelope he was holding. 

Just yesterday afternoon, he attended one of the meetings of the radical faction. Due to his position as grand duke and the role he would be playing later, although he was a new 'recruit' as one would coin, he automatically became seated as another figurehead almost on the same level of Marquis Klaus who was the actual leader. Of course, this was not met without opposition, but regardless, everyone there knew that they needed him. 

According to Marquess Klaus, they have already been waiting for a long time and as their faction has garnered enough strength and resource, the time was ripe for them to start the revolution. The only thing they need now was a causality.
