115 Chapter 115: Revelation I

It's been a month since Serena left the Parkfield mansion and since then, she and Charlton has met each other on several occasions, too few in her opinion but they had to make do. Anyhow, today, she's attending an afternoon soiree hosted by Duke Ligeti in his newly acquired mansion in the capital. 

Serena looked at the mirror to give herself a once over. She's looking forward in meeting Charlton later as they weren't able to meet for at least a week and so, she wanted to ensure that she looked perfect for him. Ehem… also, to make him realize what he's been missing. 

Tonight, she had her hair in a braided updo revealing her neck adorned with the necklace he gave her when they first started dating. It was a good thing that she never got rid of all the things he gave her and just kept them at the bottom of her closet in her maiden home. So, when she went there during the week for a visit, it was easy for her to fetch it.
