71 The Mad Titan

Author's Note: Marvel-verse will follow whatever comes into my mind...so expect elements of AU, MCU, and comics. This is to say...I will be writing whatever suits me, the writer.

How did the Marvel Multiverse come into being?

Did a God or a Supreme-level existence just outrightly give birth to it from nothing?

Or were there some happenings in between that led to its genesis?

The beginning of time...the origin of this cosmic enormity called the multiverse was intriguing.

Noah knew all about it...of course, he knew all the basic information about the Marvel Reality and how it developed henceforth.

It was The One Above All, as the Supreme Being and Prime Originator, who was the focal point of all of the Omniversal creation.

Since he or she was a being who has long transcended the concept of gender and duality, Noah decided to use 'he', for his convenience.

He, The One Above All, created the first Prime universe which gained its own will as the First firmament.

The First Firmament then proceeded to create living beings known as celestials and aspirants.

The Aspirants were mostly inclined to please the First Firmament with their new creations such as technology.

The Aspirants just wanted praise and would normally fawn over their creator while Celestials were mostly rebellious against the First Firmament.

The Celestial Race mostly wanted to pursue supreme intelligence and oversee the evolutionary process of their creation and its sole continuity.

They simply wanted more and to break off from the control of the First Firmament.

This only led to ignited the sparks of war and led to an event known as the Celestial War.

A War between the Aspirants and rebellious Celestials.

The Cosmic war was simply indescribable and since the technological advancement of these beings was top-notch, they mass-produced Primordial relics of destruction.

The Celestials detonated these Cosmic weapons on their enemies, the Aspirants, which further led to the fragmentation of the First Firmament to new universes hence introducing the concept of multiverses.

The Celestials then proceeded with their knowledge seeking, creating new species and living beings and partitioning the universes.

Anyway, Noah wasn't concerned about it since there were just many narratives that explain the beginning of the Marvel Cosmology, for example, a certain one explained the first being into existence was the one to give birth to all the races and the Infinity gems which represented the totality of the whole multiverse.

Even the Author can simply make a different cosmology to suit his tastes and the readers!

That's beside the point...The current multiverse can be said to be a part of the larger multi-eternity which encompasses all of Marvel.

The Abstract Entities created by TOAA are the ones maintaining order across the infinite realities.

Time, Space, Death, Order, Chaos, and Balance are the concepts embodied by these Abstract Entities.

Eternity represented the Aspect of Time across the Multiverse and the totality of all reality.

He was the Concept of Time Itself.

Infinity, his sister, was the Embodiment of Space, her existence omnipresent in all of Marvel's multiverse, be it alternate, parallel, or the Prime Reality.

Death, well, it doesn't need much explanation since her name screams out all the meaning.

She was the endpoint of all living beings...the ultimate embrace of all in existence.

A possible extension of non-existence...

Wasn't Death after all a part of Oblivion, the embodiment of the void beyond?

The Living Tribunal was the one in charge of maintaining order and balance of the whole Marvel multiverses and judged all of its existence.

He was the one that made sure outside forces did not invade the infinite multiverse and tip the scale of balance.

He had jurisdiction over other Abstract Entities since he was the right-hand man of TOAA, thus making him the second most powerful Entity in the Marvel Omniverse, an ironic statement to be mulled over.

There were more powerful beings than The Living Tribunal like the one and only Oblivion, that sees all of Marvel as mere illusions.

It wasn't Oblivion only...The Mad Titan with the heart of the universe, Classical Beyonder, and of course, you couldn't forget him.

It wasn't just arrogance and speculations, it was simply the truth for him to defeat the Supreme Judge of the Multiverse.

No Cap was needed.

Moments before Noah arrived in the Marvel universe...

The state of the Prime Earth wasn't exactly good as catastrophic mayhem was imminent all over the place.

Ruined buildings, destroyed topography, massacre, sad cries...it was pure chaos and destruction.

It was not a good day for the heroes of Marvel, as half of the population was erased from existence.

In a certain battle-stricken place... a broken shield, a battered-up huge green monster, a heavily-dented robotic head, a shattered silver hammer, and a torn red cloak were seen scattered on the ground.

Bodies of strangely dressed personas could also be seen haphazardly strewn on the ground...it wasn't known whether they were alive or dead.

At the center of this bloody scene, sitting on a throne, was a Titanic figure.

He had a perfect build of powerful muscles, a broad face, and a purple-hued skin tone.

He was adorned in a bronze-looking cosmic battle armor that seemed to release subtle golden lights.

On the armrest of the throne, the helmet was laid peacefully.

This being could be seen slightly leaning forward with both of his large hands supported on his thighs.

His face showed neither joy nor sadness...he looked like someone who had eventually finished his long-term goals and it hadn't deviated from whatever he expected.

He then raised his left hand which was clad with a resplendent golden gauntlet that emitted very potent cosmic energies.

Embedded on the gauntlet, were shining gems of different colors.

The gauntlet was a powerful relic called the Infinity Gauntlet and the gems were the Infinity stones.

The complete cosmic relic was so powerful that it could rewrite the laws of the universe, quite effortlessly.

Each of the Infinity Stones could control the very aspects of existence, that is, Space, Time, Mind, Soul, Reality, and Power.

The stones on the infinity gauntlet were in perfect co-existence... supporting each other to bring out the maximum utilization of its Nigh-Unlimited power.

The Purple Titan then ran his hands through the multi-colored stones with a satisfied look on his face before looking over at the setting sun, that shone with melancholic lights.

"I finally rest. I have finally achieved the perfect equilibrium."

"A grateful universe I have made, indeed."

The Purple Titan then cast his intelligent eyes on the defeated heroes on the ground.

"Pathetic little humans that wanted to prevent me, from doing some simple calculus."

"Battered up, defeated, and melancholic just like the setting sun...their brilliance can only dim in my presence." He chuckled lightly then set his eyes on an empty space.

His gaze seemingly bypassed the layered aspects of space and fabrics of reality, to land on an isolated Dimension, clouded by deathly essence.

A look, yearning for acknowledgment and love, flashed on his face before he retracted his gaze.

Whatever he was looking for there, clearly did not put him in their eyes and ignored his gaze.

Sadness could be seen in his eyes for a second before a determined look set in.

"It seems this was not enough...But I will come before you with another infinite number of souls, even if I have to destroy multiple universes."

"I will not give up!"

Who could have believed that the Titan among men was a fool in love?

With a sigh, he then stood up. Standing at over 2.5 meters, he looked intimidating enough to instill fear in his enemies.

On the ground, one of the bodies sadly moved a little bit.

It was a woman clad in a blue battle suit with a golden Star-shaped symbol on her chest.

"Oh, someone hasn't died yet?" The Purple Titan looked over.

"Y-You thoughtless... heartless!" The woman murmured, in a barely audible strained voice, her trembling finger pointed at the Mad Titan.

It seemed she was still in a semi-conscious state, and after saying those words, she took her last breath.

Her body slumped down lifelessly.

"And gone! " He whistled and started walking over dead bodies.

He was just about to take another step before using the space stone to teleport... but suddenly, he felt a sudden disturbance in the very fabrics of reality and space!

A space portal had appeared a few hundred meters away from him!

And when he saw feet dramatically emerge from the portal, he felt an aura of power and ancientness that he has never felt before, locking him in place.

He suddenly felt his whole world, go black and white!

A solemn look appeared on his face.

Someone of a whole different scale of power had set foot on the ruined universe!

A Powerful being that the very laws of reality seemed to be rejecting yet not affecting him...as if he should not exist in this Space-Time.

"I don't think I will be resting any moment soon!"

Those were the last words that the Purple Titan murmured before the physical body of the new arrival fully showcased itself from the Space Portal!

At this very moment, many pairs of curious eyes were watching!

What were they expecting? A show maybe?!
