4 In another world

When I opened my eyes again after an indefinite amount of time, I found myself in very strange surroundings.

I was lying on the ground butt naked and looked around to affirm where the heck I had been sent to.

The place I was in was a primeval forest with big ancient trees forming a continuous line of the canopy. Little streams of light could be seen penetrating through the small spaces between large branches to bring out at least a dimly lit environment.

The intimidating silence in the ancient forest was truly unnerving for the weak-willed.

'So am in some sort of forest, before anything happens let me sort my priority very fast,' I contemplated.

'I don't want to satisfy any wandering beasts who may be around these areas,' I smirked inwardly.

I am all too familiar with this kind of setting.

'Let's test drive the Ability Creation first,'

I sat crossed-legged and concentrated on the ability I wanted. Creation. Yeah, this ability will help me in my current situation.

I felt the power of creation rushing down my body baptizing every cell.

Next, is a basic system that will keep track of all my skills. Using <creation>, I designed my own sentient AI to be the base of my simple system.

I wanted something to help me in the long run since the skills I would have in the nearby future will be numerous. Also, the A.I. itself will aid me in the execution of actions that I may find to be a waste of my brain energy.

Something stirred in my soul.

This was an indication that it was already successful.

I heard a cold emotionless voice inside my thoughts.

'How does your complete model feel?'I asked it.

[The basic programming of my make-up is without any further problems master]

'Change your voice to female,' I commanded.

I could hear the voice was at least now pleasing to my ears. A mature sexy one at that. Did the A.I. I created suddenly know my preferences, huh?

Then a sudden thought came to my mind,' Why not give it a name... calling out 'system' every time is quite boring.'

'Let me give you a name,' I told her

[I will be honestly gratefully for that master.]

'From now on your name shall be...Lily.'

As if something was suddenly switched on, Lily squealed happily as if she was a child receiving sweets.

That was a surprise to me...I was caught off guard. Well, I guess naming has sort of power over things or beings. So basically naming her also made her emotionally aware. Good, with this she can understand my needs more easily.

'Do you like it?' I asked and honestly, I already knew the answer based on her reaction.

[Yeah, I love it very much. Master, giving me a name means so much to me. From now on, I will be Lily.]

[I will wholly carry all your endeavors and help the master in anything possible and impossible.]

'Okay Lily I know you will and please stop calling me master I have a name you know,' I spoke softly like an adult speaking to a child

'Just call me Noah okay.'

[But your....]

'I know I am your creator and whatnot. Just Noah is fine, okay?' I interjected.

[Okay mas...Noah.] She meekly replied.

'Now we are good.'

I was satisfied with my creation now and the only thing I had not done is to power up myself. I needed to create skills to ensure immediate survival in these surroundings.

'Lily create my energy source...make it limitless.'

'Good. That makes me advance the situation more smoothly but...my thinking capabilities are too slow,' I muttered while stroking my non-existent beard.

When the skill was finally created, I felt as if I could think at a faster rate...faster beyond human recognition. I could process more than one thought through parallel processing. My thinking speed was a million times better than it was previously.

People with little willpower I guess will go crazy if they had such an influx of thoughts swarming their minds.

Wow, pretty simple but some information is missing and I know why. I don't know which world the mighty Goddess sent me to, so until I figure that out I can't know my supposed power level. Okay, let's do it now.

After Lily finished the scanning, something clicked in my mind. I was naked. Damn it, I had forgotten to create some clothes and I have been unashamedly staying nude the whole time. Using the power of creation, I created a pair of black pants, black boots, a tight V-neck black T-shirt that hugged my muscles tightly, and finally a long black trench coat with a hoodie.

Then I completed my all-black set with fingerless black gloves adorning my hands.

I had always wanted to look cool like this. What I had only lacked was a sword and a sheath, hahaha.

'Okay Lily tell me the relevant information that you have found,' I returned to the issue at hand.

All kinds of vices you could ever find, where the weak are just cannon fodders and sacrifice to the strong and the strong don't care about the 'ants'. Anyway who am I to judge, that was obviously what defined a Cultivation world. '
