29 Ch 26 - Deal

Inside the Okabe Family mansion, Rintarou's and Jihoon's family could be seen standing at the front gate of the mansion as they talk to each other.

"Goodbye guys, just remember that you can visit whenever you want and just treat this as your second home" said by his aunt.

"Haha, yes, especially you Rintarou, you really can visit whenever you want with your quirk" said by his uncle with a chuckle.

"Goodbye then guys, we have been gone from our house long enough" said by his father as he entered their car and started the engine.

"Goodbye!" said by his whole family including him as they entered the car as his father prepared to drive away but they were stop by his uncle as he gave something to both Rintarou and Ren.

"You're welcome" said by Akira with a smile as they opened the envelope and saw something shocking, it was 10,000 dollars!

"Thank you uncle!" said by both Rintarou as their parents laugh and said goodbye for another time and finally drove away.

"So... what did you guys receive?" ask by their mother in a curious tone.

"Mon-neh" said by Rintarou with a huge smile.

"Oh, how much?" ask by his father.

"10k" said by Ren as both of their parents went into a coughing fit.

"Cough, oh wow, eh herm. Why don't you give it to papa, you guys are still too young to handle that much money responsibly" said by his father with a smile.

"No" said by Ren with a blank face as their mother chuckled.

"Enough with that dear" said by his mother as their father smiled and continued driving home until they finally reach the snow filled valley full of white snow with the moon on the background.

"Nghhh, finally home" said by Rintarou as he walk to the door and put in a key as it opened and went inside the house while turning on the lights.

"Yawn" said by Ren who went and entered his own room and close the door as Rintarou also went inside his own room.

"Finally back" muttered by Rintarou as he plop down on his bed and started to think.

'Fuck it, I'm just gonna reveal that I already have 100k in my bank and make a ridiculous story. I could just teleport back here whenever I feel homesick and its also high time to get my own house because I'm gonna become a metuber and streamer' thought by Rintarou as he decided to commit to the idea as he entered the living room where his whole family was currently in.

"Mom, dad, I have something to say to you guys" said by Rintarou as they got curious along with Ren.

"Okay, so when you guys were out for almost a week, I somehow won a giveaway from metube" said by Rintarou.

"And then, this will sound stupid but I invested all of it into crypto and somehow, the one I invested in gained a 1000% percent in return and I also use a 10x leverage so it became 50,000, but that's not the end, I invested in another coin and after some twist and turns, I now have a 100k in my bank" said by Rintarou as they spurted their drinks to look at his phone that shows his bank account showing 100,000.

"Cough, you earned that much!?" said by Ren in shock.

"Eh herm, so why did you decided to say this" said by his father.

"Its because I decided to live alone for a few months in an apartment that I found was cheap but was also great" said by Rintarou as he lied as he breathe.

"Only for a few months okay, you know you only live once so I decided to commit to this hobby for a few months and I need personal space for it" said by Rintarou.

"Okay dear, just remember to visit us weekly" said by his mother.

'Okay, I already committed to the living alone plan so I really need to find an apartment now, I will probably live there for a few months so it needs to be generally high quality for my enjoyment' thought by Rintarou as he just decided to look at the possible future where he search for apartments and found some satisfying choices.

'To have a neighbor or no neighbors is the question. The one here is like a match made in heaven already, its cheap for its quality, its near the mall, Seoul High, the market place and is located at a nice place, but I would have a possible neighbor, multiple even, but come on, fuck it I'm gonna pick that' thought by Rintarou as he decided to pick that one as he nervously took out his phone and dialed the number.

"Hello?" ask by the voice from the phone.

"Uh hey, I see that you are renting your apartment for 2k a month and I plan to rent it for a year, and even if I go out before the year long contract ends I would still pay it full, I can even pay you right now" said by Rintarou as he use one of his tactics in making a deal.

'The one who talks most will decide the flow of the battle of words, and you have already been cornered with my tempting offer, that's 24 thousand dollars earned in an instant!' thought by Rintarou with a sly smirk like it was all according to his plan.

"R- right now!? W- wait a sec, I- I'm just going to think for a few minutes, is that all right with you?" ask by the voice from the phone.

"Sure" said by Rintarou.

He then waited there in anticipation, waiting for them to call back and called back they did as he instantly answered the call.

"S- sorry sir, but one of our customers said that they don't like a new neighbor, but we do have some recommended apartments to be rented out" said by the voice as Rintarou felt his heart break and decided to resort to desperate measures.

"I'll pay you double, right now" said by Rintarou with a smirk..

"Gulp, b- but sir one of our cus-" the person's voice was cut off as Rintarou once again spoke.

"Triple, that's the max I will pay, and remember I will pay it right now, no questions asked" said by Rintarou.

"Gulp" a loud audible gulp came from his phone as he knew he won.

"Just accept it, you know its a deal of a decade for you so just accept it, I will handle the rest with my future neighbor" said by Rintarou as he heard a sigh.

"Sigh, j- just say that you force yourself on me okay? Don't blame me okay? I'm begging to you right now that you don't involve me in your future conflict with her okay?" said by the voice in reluctance.

"Yeah yeah, now is that a deal?" said by Rintarou with a smirk.

"Sigh, its a deal, I'll make the contract for you already so you just have to sign it tomorrow, I'll handle all the other stuff, its the least I could do for you" said by the voice from the phone.

"Thank you then, I'll be arriving tomorrow at around 10 am, goodbye" said by Rintarou.

"Sigh, goodbye" said by the voice from the phone as the call finally ended as Rintarou felt his beating heart.

"Oh my goddd! D- did I really do that? Was I the one who really made that deal? I- is skills really that powerful?" muttered by Rintarou as he look at his status and saw something shocking.

AN: Just so you guys know, I have no idea how to rent an apartment so this is all bullshit, its so bullshit enough that its actually convincing.
