I'm really confused as to why there are question marks by all my stuff. So I ask him and he just says to tap them and see. Not really seeing any harm in it I tap them and read all the boxes that pop up.

Name- Really man you tapped the one by your name you know what I am not explaining it. NEXT

Race- Just tells you what species you belong to.

Level- Just tells you how you stand in general compared to everyone else.

Str- Tells you how strong you are.

End- how much health you have. For every point in it you get an additional 50 hp. You start with 500 hp.

Int- how smart you are and how much chakra you have. For every point in it you get an additional 50 chakra. You start with 1000 cp.

Wis- how well you use your intelligence also helps with regen.

Dex- not explaining it next
