Chapter 8 - Washington B.C., and the Krakken

It's been a few days since Ben got the Omnitrix. And he already had transformed into all of his 10 forms. Using my powers i Analysed and Recorded all of his alien forms, characteristics, powers, and abilities. I discovered that my body still is too weak to hold the powers and abilities of all the 10 aliens. From each one i can only hold around 10% - 15% of their total might. The good news is that the similar abilities stack, so i became a lot more stronger and powerful, following this my Stands got stronger as well. I need to keep using Pearl Jam to enhanced my body and mind so in the future i can access 100% of their power.

By now i got:

Strength, speed, and durability, these being the basic abilities that every being has is being stacked. So for now i have the strength to lift up the RV, i got durability enough to resist normal bullets(a higher caliber still hurts a lot and leave some wounds), my general speed by now is 150 mph. About the powers, now i can generate heat and a burst of flames, it's impossible for me to sustain it for a long time (Heatblast). I can deform and regenerate my body at a visible pace (Upgrade and Diamondhead). I can turn almost invisible leaving a faint almost transparent image of my body, phase through walls but it's too slow it takes me almost 10 seconds to phase through a thin wall, and i can't freely fly but i at least can levitate and move at a good speed (Ghostfreak). I can spit goop whit my mouth and eyes and goddam it, it's much nastier than done by Stinkfly. I can produce crystals but it's too brittle, just like glass, and slow it takes 5 seconds to produce a dagger sized crystal (Diamondhead). When i touch machines only green lines invade them(imagine Generator Rex), and i can activate or deactivate, open and close depending on the difficulty of the system's firewall (Upgrade). I felt that my IQ rose up sharply and my thoughts got more fluid (Grey Matter), and i have highly enhanced senses like Wildmutt, a lot weaker, but still it gave me a kind of spider sense. Surprisingly i can breathe underwater, but i can't swim as fast as Ripjaws, or i couldn't if i didn't have the enhanced speed from XLR8. My maw got greatly strengthened, my teeth stronger and more durable and i can even slightly project it a little bit with gaping mouth just like Ripjaws. And that's it!

But it's only in my human form. I can change my form freely, and it takes only a few seconds to transform, and when that happens, if i choose a strong body like Four Arms, i can use all the 10 aliens full power! The apparence hasn't changed much, but still it looks just like Four Arms! Worth it! Thank God, i didn't became an amalgam like Kevin! And whit all the similar powers and abilities stacked, i became ridiculously powerful! For Ben 10 standards of course.

Talking about Kevin, i'll let him become a monster, so that if i leave this universe for some unknown reason, the plot of Kevin turning into an ally in Alien Force still happens.

Now turning back to the present day, the events of the original series still happened. The building on fire, Ben as Heatblast caught the robbers, Doc. Animo attacked the Mart, and i'm still pretending to be weak. But just in case, i saved the people that would've died because Ben was too slow. Of course in human form, after all i don't want to attract too much attention to me yet. When Gwen fell from the obelisk, i knew that Ben would save her and i felt him approaching, so i let her fall.

At the end Ben gave to Animo Heaven's punishment for playing God, then he got arrested. Poor Animo just wanted recognition! Well, not my business if he keeps coming back i'll try to reform him, if it doesn't work, he'll die by my hands after the beating and humiliation of his life.

A few more days passed, and i became the official cooker of the team, then all of them started to notice the effects of Pearl Jam and started to suspect me, so i revealed to them that i was born with super powers too. Grandpa Max already knew, after all he is my parents friend and a Plumber, but the kids got shocked and Gwen showed a sad look. I could see the sadness and a little of envy in her eyes, because she wanted to feel special too.

That look in her eyes broke my heart, and moved by emotion, recording my past life i hugged her. While she blushed, Grampa Max knew why i did this, and Ben didn't found a clue. Then i said:

_ It's ok Gwen, you don't have to worry, i can feel that there is something special in you. Soon enough, you will show to everyone that you cannot be looked down!

Hearing this, she started to cry on my shoulder hugging me with all her strength. Seeing this Grampa Max got a little emotional hugged us and shad a tear, while Ben still clueless saw Gwen crying and hugged us as well. We stood like that for a few minutes and Gwen asked if she could sleep with me tonight, and i agreed. I stayed hugging her all night, and stroking her hair until she finally fell asleep.

Next day when i woke up Gwen had already gone, and everyone was preparing to depart to a lakeside to camp for the night, and the next day go for a fishing trip. When i looked for Gwen and asked if she was feeling ok, she looked at me and blushed, then looked away and thanked me for being sensible, and understanding her feelings. Yes, surely Wildmutt powers enhanced my senses, but i remember the plot, and i knew how she felt when Ben acquired the Omnitrix. And she stood with these feelings till she found about magic. Don't worry Gwen i'll not let you destroy Bezel's charms this time.(A/N: I hate this decision made by the directors.)

At night we finally arrived at the lakeside, while me and Ben putted our swim suits and jumped in the lake. Without waiting i transformed into my Four Arms altered form that is a little taller than the original, i called it Armstrong, i recreated XLR8's helmet, then used Upgrade's power to improve it, and my legs turned into a tail whit fins, all proportional to the size of my body. With one swing of my tail, i broke the sound barrier under water, and using my senses i found the Krakken in a couple of seconds. I quickly started to analyze it's biology, and when it was finally fully recorded, i made great crystal blades protrude from both my four arms. It looked like Diamondhead forearms but with long extended blades with the size of great swords i heated them up with Heatblast's power, and started hack and slash the Krakken with incredible speed. In a few seconds only blood and scrapped flesh and bones were left. I attacked so fast that the poor Krakken couldn't even make a sound let alone scape, then i went after the eggs and destroyed them.

Better solve this now, than let it be and it comes back to bite me in the ass later. I quickly returned to my human form and left the lake. All this took me no more then 3 minutes. No one suspected a thing, but i came at the right time, to see Ben pranking Gwen whit Four Arms. She returned to the RV and me after her. I said:

_ Are you ok, Gwen?

She looked at me blushed and said:

_ I'm fine it's just that this dweeb keeps annoying me.

I laughed and said:

_ Silly girl! He just want attention just like every kid of his age. Not just that, he loves you too, just like Grampa and me!

_ Why do you speak like Grampa? - She asked. While Grampa Opened one eye interested in my answer.

I laughed, and said that i took to much of mom's personality. Satisfied with the answer all of us prepared to sleep. Then suddenly Ben as Four Arms Entered the RV and said:

_ Wow, the lake's water got a lot warmer in the night!

_ Yeah, isn't it? - I answered while laying down to sleep.

Ben untransformed, then went to take a bath and after that joined us to sleep as well. Tomorrow will be a busy day. Meanwhile at the surface of the lake, a lot of flesh and blood floated and blurred the reflex of the moonlight.

One obstacle out, next will be a troublesome one, this time not in the water, but on dry land, too dry for my taste.
