Chapter 1: Traveler System Vol.2

~Third POV~

There is not one universe—there is a multiverse. In Scientific American articles and books such as Brian Greene's latest, The Hidden Reality, leading scientists have spoken of a super-Copernican revolution.

A multiverse is a hypothetical group of multiple universes. Together, these universes comprise everything that exists: the entirety of space, time, matter, energy, information, and the physical laws and constants that describe them.

The multiverse theory suggests that our universe, with all its hundreds of billions of galaxies and almost countless stars, spanning tens of billions of light-years, may not be the only one.

Instead, there may be an entirely different universe, distantly separated from ours — and another, and another.

The Multiverse is a place where multiple possibilities exist no matter how outrageous as it seems…

One possibility or thought somewhere out there is happening….

Elsewhere in the normal parts of the world Earth was a teenage boy resting along with tears evident in his eyes as it was the year 2021 when the event of COVID has occurred and vaccines and medicines to counteract it wasn't ready to be served as those in the medical profession were trying to figure out a solution.

In the modern world where everything is normal just living a normal life with no fantasy or fictional powers in the world.

In this world lived a high schooler with blond hair and the normal figure of a teenager. He's just your ordinary young teen just finishing using his time to relax to keep himself calm in the face of the epidemic his facing with no other living relatives around.

This teenage boy is named Zack Ray an odd name even to his peers as was his parents were anime and cartoon fans but they kept it in their life to show their love much to Zack's frustration at times.

But he didn't hate them for it as he was introduced to other fun and great shows as well as some games of the big franchise but that was when they were alive…

He lost his parents when it started as his place was heavily hit first as he was young had less of the chance of getting the COVID but his parents on the other hand weren't that lucky… he cried the night after hearing the loss of his parents though a phone.

He was devastated as he cried for a while till he finally come to terms with them being gone as he now has to survive on his own for a while before the ban of the city was lifted as he couldn't even leave unless he wants to get infected.

Zack has lived alone at his home learning to get used to being by himself since his parents since their passing, luckily he was sad about their passing but he had to remain calm in order to support himself without them.

Currently, at this time he sighs watching some anime shows of King Rankings watching Boji fight off Bossue as he grins at this, "Go Boji! Show that oversized Giant a thing or two! Beat up the invincible King!"

As he was watching till the end as he has a satisfied grin on his face watching the show but frowns as he sees the window he taped up, "Sigh… I have to be careful with my food supply. Better be – "

Till he suddenly found himself seeing a window pop up suddenly scaring him as he jumped up from this, "Holy! What the literal fuck…?"

~Zack POV~

[Confirmed!]

[Host Zack, you are now linked to the Traveler System.]

[Ding! The Traveler lets the user Travel aimlessly into different worlds!]

[However, to use the Traveler function you will need to wait six months also no rewards for surviving isn't that great Host!]

[Host you have the best perk to have which is wisdom necessary for a traveler. As said by my creator!]

[So, you must use your wits to gain the power to survive and no inventory only what you have.]

[That is pretty much your perk which is a useful world to learn from your world it's how you use your life would depend on your choices. So, no worries so long as you are intelligent, you'll be fine as created by creators Jason and Aiba.]

Who the literal hell is Jason and Aiba?

Sound like normal people's names I think but… shaking my head a bit I glanced at the so-called traveler system with some raised eyebrows on this.

They created… no it said creator earlier so it might be just one of them not the two of them. But still, though why did they have me have it?

What makes me so special to have such a system?

I hate this system and its creators right now…

Although I wonder if I can get a refund for this for something else instead like maybe I don't know an item that lets me travel the multiverse.

[But do know now that people who think they have plot armor on their side that they die too easily or knowing the personality of a character would be your downfall.]

[In fact, Host most don't even prepare as the world will be realistic to them as well as the physics in that world, I would recommend preparing yourself.]

[Most would think they have plot armor or delusional thinking that they are the main character of their own stories but when reality hits them with the truth they can likely die like any other mob or side character.]

[The way the traveler function works you can choose in what timeline you want to jump into canon as long as you have the correct information for you to jump to as well as be specific.]

Ok, now that is something at least a little better. But learning a lot from this has been fruitful so far, especially the warning.

The warning is saying don't solely rely on your Meta Knowledge to live by and be wary of people even if fictional will act differently from each other. In a sense adding realism into the world.

Makes sense.

Glancing at the window of my choices I was intrigued by the idea… oh who am I kidding I'm fucking hyped as fuck right now. I mean how many people ever get a chance to leave into literal fiction anyways?

Not much considering that most people don't consider leaving for safety and I agree. But then again though why leave such an opportunity like this to chance?

Then I checked what the system has to offer as I look at the options, I have…

This system wasn't kidding about the dangers and I can obviously see the two of them right there without much of an issue except for all of them….

Kill la Kill though… I played the game of IF and they have a reality-warping baby there is so big NOPE on that one. I mean clothing that can betray you in a heartbeat?

Yeah, I prefer my standard brands if I can help it so. RWBY is a… somewhat doable thing to do I suppose?

I mean yeah sure they have their girls and what not of beauties but the thing is though they only grant you aura which could be summed up to soul forcefield and healing with a hint of special powers at complete random.

It's like The Boys with their vaccine or medicine whatever superpower but at complete random and trained to be warriors in the process. But by all means not impossible to do if you have the right info that is.

Next is Re: Zero… need I really explain how badly fucked up that world is, to begin with. A prime example for safety reasons… Everything and Subaru case. And the power-ups from there are the Witch Factors or the magic in that world is the only real option for me to get if I feel like dying.

Well I know I have to deal with all kinds of bullshit might as well do something about it. Hmm… not like I have much here anyway it's better to just leave this all behind. I'm a literal nobody here with real attachments other than my parents.

And they are long gone at this point sigh… I really miss them…

Shaking my head a bit I need to do some meta-research of what to do here. And choose which world should I choose for this. Hmm…
