As her words ended, the call was abruptly terminated.

Before Zhao Moxuan could respond, all that remained by his ear was a piercing dial tone.

"Mr. Pei?"

Pei Zhiyao tapped his phone and ordered, "The matter of Wen Mian's employment, look into it."

The CEO smirked with half-hearted amusement, his eyes not reflecting his smile.
