Lucas has been trying to figure out what's going on all day but giving him the information over the phone is too risky. This situation is entirely crazy, but I don't even know if it's good or bad crazy. I am so confused.
The taxi drops me off two blocks from the restaurant where I met Lucas. As soon as I get out of the vehicle, I see him inside his sports car. He gets out of the car as I approach and waits for me in the passenger side. /"Hello, love,/" I say and hug him as if my life depended on it; I don't know why, but I feel very nervous.
/"Bella, what's wrong?/" he asks me without letting go. /"You told me that Alejandro wanted to have dinner with us, but you didn't answer my questions. What's wrong?/" What does he want?/" He insists.
