5 Am I Bad Looking

"Why are you blushing?" he asked,smiling

"Nothing" she said and cover her face with her two little palm.

"Will you just stop looking at me. I feel uncomfortable" she said with her head down.

Three male saxophonist and a female singer came out playing 'I have fallen for you'. He stood up from the chair and walked up to her.

He held out his hand asked, "Will you want to join me for a dance"

she nodded her head and placed her hand into his. The singer began to sing.

Rachel dont know how to dance so she stepped on him so many times.

"Don't worry, just follow my steps" he whispered into her ears. She could feel his breath on her ears and down to her neck.

What else could she want but to be with Chad.

It was already eleven-thirty eight pm, Rachel was already tired so she told him to take her home.

At napsan, palawan.

Mrs Beltran was drinking coffee when the door opened. Chad and Rachel came in...

"Rachel, thank goodness you are back" she went to her daughter and hugged her

"Mom, am already tired"

"I can see it. Go and change your dress. I will get you water" she turned to go to the kitchen but stopped in her tracks and looked back, "Thanks so much Chad for taking care of my daughter"

"It's nothing aunt.Your daughter is someone that can be easily loved" he smiled and looked at Rachel. She smiled back at him.

"Let me get you coffee before you leave"

"It's okay aunt. I will be leaving now"

"Oh okay" she turned and left.

Rachel walked up to Chad and hugged him tightly.

"Go and rest, okay. I love you" he whispered gently into her ears.

"I love you too"

Mrs beltran came back with a glass cup filled with water and saw the two hugging.

"Ahem, Ahem" she coughed. Rachel saw her mother and immediately pulled away from him.

"Mom, what happened? Are you okay? Drink water"

"No, no. Am okay"

"Are you sure"

"Yes"

Chad knew Rachel would not go to bed if he were there so he left. When Mrs beltran saw that Chad had gone, she immediately pulled her and sat her down.

"My child, do you believe that Chad loves you?" she asked as she looked into her daughter's eyes.

"I believe he loves me so much" she said with confidence.

"Does his family knows about your relationship"

"No"

"What if they don't accept you?"

Rachel's face was down and she fell silent.

"Rachel my child..."

Rachel immediately looked up at her mother and a smile appeared on her face, "Chad promise to fight for our relationship and of course I won't let him fight alone"

"If this becomes difficult for you, you can leave him. There are so many rich men out there"

"No, it won't. Even if I will die because of our love, I will still continue"

Mrs beltran saw how determined her daughter is about their relationship.

"Don't worry, you won't die. I will support your relationship" she hugged her daughter tightly.

At the Torres mansion.

Mina was sitting on the couch when Chad came in. She was still awake because she was waiting for Chad.

"Chad, where are you coming from?" she stood up and walked to him.

"Do I have to report to you everywhere I go" his eyes became darker and his voice was cold.

"Em...you left without telling mom and I where you were going"

"Are you anyway related to me?" his voice became colder and colder.

"I am your friend"

"A friend, huh?" he gave a brittle smile. A little dimples appeared on his cheeks. He was every girls dream. Every one wanted him as their own but he had given himself to only one person.

"How is that your business?" he asked and walked to his room. Mina who was not ready to give up followed him. He entered his room and the door slammed with a 'Bang' leaving Mina outside the room. She was sad and she began to cry. This was the first time a man would behave this way to her.

When she was in the states, she was followed by men but she rejected them because of Chad. Now he treated her like dirt. Like nothing.

"Why does he not love me? Am I bad looking?" she immediately wiped her tears, "No, am not bad looking. He just need someone to love him. If I continue to love him, he will eventually fall in love with me" she smiled and left.

Mina was determined to have Chad. She had always known him as an arrogant, cold person.

Next morning.

Chad walked slowly to the dinning room. It was already nine-fifteen in the morning. He overslept because of the date he had yesterday's night. He remembered every moment he shared with her and his small lips curled into a smile.

"Chad, why are you smiling?" Mina asked, smiling.This was the first time she saw him smile like this. He continued eating without answering her. He knew his mom had already left work so he did not bother asking about her. His phone rang...

"Hello"

"Can we meet now?" the voice from the other side sounded happy.

"Okay"

he answered 'OK' because he did not want to spend another minute with Mina at home. He stood up and rushed upstairs.

After thirty minutes, he came downstairs, he was dressed in a black shirt and a white pant.

"Where are you going to?"

"Stop asking"

The jaguar XE was already outside. His guards opened the back seat door for him and he entered and the car drove off.

At the sugar cane farm.

There were so many workers on the farm. They work on the farm day and night. After getting the sugar cane stick from the farm, it will be exported to other states to make sugar and sugar cane juice.

Rachel wore an ash shirt with a blue jean and a black long boot. It was sunny so she had to put on a hat to protect her head.
