"Looking to work there," Cero said. she just looked at him for a second then just said. "Follow me."

"What is your name and why are you staying at the Sea Forest?" I replied. "My name is Cero and the reason I am staying there is I don't have a place to stay in." I then asked her. "May I ask your name? The fish-men and merfolk are staring at you. I think you are known to the people here."

"My name is Madam Shyalry and I am the owner of the cafe you want to work at." Shyarly proudly said.

"So... Will you hire me?" I asked her then she replied. "It depends on your performance" I just nodded at what she said and went to the Mermaid Cafe.

When we arrived at the place a girl went towards us and said. "Madam Shyarly, you're back. You also bring a customer with you." she happily said.

"No Camie, he will be working here. I am bringing him to test him if he is good enough to work here," she said while smoking a pipe.

"Sorry for mistaking you as a customer." She quickly said while bowing. "It's okay... My name is Cero. Pleased to meet you., " then I asked her with a smile. "May I know your name?"

"I am Camie. I am working here at the Mermaid Cafe. Pleased to meet you Cero-chin..." she happily said.

At the outside, I looked at her with a smile but internally my heart was beating fast because it is the first time I have seen an attractive woman than Madam Shyarly for the first time when I was transported in this world. And I am secretly looking forward to seeing her after 2 years. My male instincts are tingling.

After exchanging pleasantries, Madam Shyarly said to me."Why don't you change to your working clothes then I will start to evaluate you." I nod then Camie guides me where to change my clothes. After a few minutes, I came out wearing a typical waiter outfit. Madam Shyarly stared at him me from top to bottom then said."Why don't you start working now."

As I worked as a waiter I took the orders of the customer at a fast pace with a smile. And I thought to myself whether I have the talent to be a waiter in my past life. The regulars at the Mermaid Cafe was surprised by a new face working here, especially a male worker. People always thought that females can only work at the Cafe.

While observing. Madam Shyarly was satisfied with my performance, she came and said to me. "Cero, I am now satisfied with your performance. You will formally start working tomorrow. You can stay at the dormitory in Mermaid Cove as there is one space available for you to stay. And as a bonus, you can have a meal here for free.

I was glad that I have now a place that I can stay with a comfortable bed, it is better than living in a tent in an open space. And also to have a free meal here. Ah benefits~~

I went back to change my clothes and asked Camie to lead to the dormitory in Mermaid Cove, she gladly agreed. The room was simple it only a bed, lamp, and a table. I thank Camie for troubling her, she just waves her hand that it's okay then leaves the room. As I laid on the bed the System rang.

"Task Completed: Work at Mermaid Cafe. Reward: Get 1 Item from the Store." I then went to the store and think about what I will get. After a few minutes, I finally bought the Armament Haki. I stood up and tried to coat the Armament Haki. Few seconds passed, my hand is finally coated with the Armament Haki. Satisfied I retract the Armament Haki then went to rest.
