Transmigration Of A Foodie Tycoon In A Cultivation Maniac World

In the world of cultivation where strong people are worshipped whereas weak are oppressed, people are bound to work hard on their cultivation making cultivation their first priority. What happens when a girl who is addicted to good food and good life transmigrates into such a world. Will it bring disaster or fortune for the people of the world? "I don't like to bite but it doesn't mean that I can't chew you off. Just touch my people and you'll know what is called hell on earth." "Cultivation? Is it tasty? Can it fill your stomach? Is it better than KFC chicken?" FL roared in frustration. "Master, please don't say that, you are going to hurt people's feelings out there." The guardian spirit moaned pitifully sitting in a corner. Why did he have such a foodie and lazy master. "Baby , what would you like to eat ? I'll cook it for you." ML asked lovingly. "How about those dishes I taught you last week. I have been craving for spicy foods recently." "Sure. My wife is the best, she doesn't throw tantrums like other women as long as she has good food to eat." ML looked at his wife tenderly. "I am my wife's eternal slave. So, who are you to say that she has no right over me."

Cheng Li Juan

Jiang Ying Yue smiled politely at the lady and handed her a list," Can you get me these herbs please?"

Taking the list the lady took a glance at it and nodded her head, asking her to wait for a while.

The lady went inside to collect the herbs while Jiang Ying Yue waited in the hall conversing with Abhram," Baby dumpling, what do you think of this lady's strength?"

"Uh, I can't gauge it accurately at present but I am sure this lady has at least reached martial green rank," Abhram answered while narrowing his eyes as he looked towards the inner hall.

"Martial Green rank ?! That strong!" Jiang Ying Yue showed a look of astonishment on her face.

The woman seemed to be in her early twenties, at such a young age she had already attained this stage of cultivation so how great was her talent. There were only a few people who could attain such a feat in their kingdom but all those people were usually not young and were respected and treated as masters wherever they went.

Jiang Ying Yue was sure given some time this lady would surely reach the top of the cultivation realm and achieve martial violet rank.

Abhram looked at his master's astonishment and felt the urge to say that the lady was not that strong and she was far from strong. She may be strong here but when compared to places where powerful cultivators with monstrous strength resided she was not even worth mentioning. However, at last, he held himself back in fear of scaring his master away even before she started her cultivation.

While Jiang Ying Yue was musing inwardly while looking around the hall, a sudden, shrill voice sounded from the entrance behind her.

"Ah! Isn't she the infamous ill-tempered and rude young miss of Jiang mansion?" A young girl in her teens stepped through the entrance, smirking as she mocked Jiang Ying Yue openly with her two maids.

"Yes, she seems to be." The two maids played along with their mistress and sniggered.

Hearing such an unpleasant, shrill voice Jiang Ying Yue slightly knit her brows and turned to look in the direction of the voice.

However, she just gave a casual glance before turning around head to continue her conversation with Abhram.

After being ignored completely the girl was stunned for a while, however, after a moment she composed herself back and walked towards the hall and stood next to Jiang Ying Yue.

Gazing at Jiang Ying Yue with her mean eyes the girl started mocking her again," Whoa! People from Jiang's mansion are something. They don't even seem to know proper etiquette and social norms. Even after turning into a pathetic waste, they can still be so arrogant not knowing their place."

Jiang Ying Yue, who was busy talking to Abhram didn't seem to have heard a single word that she said, making the girl feel humiliated, being utterly ignored the girl fumed with wrath and shouted angrily, "Jiang Ying Yue, are you deaf? Can't you hear me?"

"Master, this girl seemed to be calling you?" Abhram said after hearing her loud voice.

"Huh?" Jiang Ying Yue also just realized someone was standing next to her and babbling their mouth off. She sighed inwardly all this time she had been thinking that the girl was speaking to her maids or someone else and didn't pay her any attention. So, it turned out that she was speaking to her.

Touching her forehead she thought for a moment how long it would take for her to get accustomed to her new name and turned to look at the girl who was screaming her lungs out.

"What??"

"Jiang Ying Yue, are you playing deaf?" The girl roared angrily.

Jiang Ying Yue narrowed her eyes as she scrutinized the girl's face and started to skim through every person in her memory. After half a second she finally found the match and locked onto the girl's information.

From her memory, this young girl's name was Cheng Li Juan. She was the only daughter of the empress' biological sister and was spoiled thoroughly since young. Her father was the present patriarch of the Cheng family and held a high position in the court and was highly favoured by the emperor.

So, given her family background, Cheng Li Juan was always arrogant and haughty and besides that, she was also regarded as a talent and was a disciple of the royal alchemist, Kang Yongnian who was a grade three alchemist and was considered a master in their kingdom. Thus, adding another thousand points to Cheng Li Juan's scale of arrogance.

In her eyes, Jiang Ying Yue was nothing in comparison to her.

What was there to compare?

One was the daughter of the family who was favoured by the royal family while the other was the daughter of the general who was considered a thorn in the eyes of the emperor.

Let alone their family backgrounds and talents even their looks couldn't be compared-

One was a tender flower-like beauty while the other was…..

It was better not to mention.

"No, believe me, I am not." Jiang Ying Yue replied honestly, showing her neither a hostile nor friendly attitude.

What she said was true. It was not that she hadn't heard her it was just that she forgot her current name and ignored her babbling.

Cheng Li Juan stared at Jiang Ying Yue as if she had seen a ghost, with wide eyes and eyeballs almost popping out of their sockets.

She couldn't believe her eyes, the girl who was known for her hot temper all over the capital, wreaking havoc over small matters wherever she went was now so calmly standing before her without a single trace of anger ever after getting mocked to such an extent.

Cheng Li Juan wondered was she hallucinating drift waste got possessed by something.

She peered at Jiang Ying Yue trying hard to find a clue for her sudden change in temperament.

Jiang Ying Yue wasn't bothered by her scrutinizing gaze and turned around to look at the door which was the entrance to the inner hall. She was too lazy to care about that girl and her mocking words. She didn't even pay attention to what she was speaking, let alone get angry over those unheard words.

She just wanted to get the herbs she needed and head back home early. It was too boring outside.
