The rest also started picking up the dishes one by after after YanZhi, tears almost flowed out of Xiangzhi, Chuntao and Yue eyes as they had never tasted anything like this before not even the famous restaurants in the county can cook like this..
" sister-in-law your crafts are very delicious, not even the restaurants in town can cook like this.... you'll have a lot of regular customers when you open a restaurant in the county with this crafts" Xiangzhi praised making Yue and Chuntao nodded in agreement
" mistress, gongzi is right... your dishes are more delicious than what we ate at the restaurant yesterday, I don't think any restaurant can complete with your dishes" Yue added as she sped up in picking the dishes forgetting her table manners
" you think so?...." Xiao Ling asked feeling motivated as he glanced at YanZhi who was eating calmly as always waiting for his praise, YanZhi arched his brows when he saw Xiao Ling glanced at him with anticipation
"I now see where your confidence comes from.... your restaurant will do well. Even the famous chefs in the capital can't compare to your cooking" Just hearing this from YanZhi inspired him more.
" eldest brother you've been to the capital?" Xiangzhi asked shocked, they knew that YanZhi journeyed when he left home but they didn't know where exactly he journeyed to.
" Hm " was YanZhi's short answer seemingly not willing to elaborate... Xiangzhi understood and didn't ask any further. They placed down their chopsticks when they were all satisfied, Yue, Chuntao and Xiangzhi didn't want to stop eating but they had to stop since their stomachs couldn't take in anymore..... Xiao Ling packed the rest up the rest of the vegetable dishes and buns nicely for Xiangzhi and Chuntao to take it home to the rest for a taste, he went aboard and made a lot since it was for celebration. Chuntao stood up with Xiangzhi to help Yue clear the table but were stopped by Yanzhi
" Leave that to Yue, the family should be having their dinner now right... take the packed dishes to them. You mentioned of borrowing money because you're short of money right, take this" YanZhi ordered and and passed Xiangzhi a silver ingot which was equivalent to ten taels... Xiangzhi wanted to refute but YanZhi didn't give him a chance and saw them out of the door before coming back to finish the rest of the wine with Xiao Ling as they conversed in smiles leaving Yue to do the dishes.

Xiangzhi unpacked the dishes and arranged them on the table as the family were having their dinner
" fifth where did you get this from? it's so delicious" the second son exclaimed as he tasted the vegetable dishes "there's enough oil in it" he added
" there's meat in the buns" his wife almost shouted on top of her lungs and quickly passed her sons one bun each before it's gobbled down leaving them nothing...
Grandma, father Jun, Du Shi and the rest started picking up the buns in hurry when they heard meat.... it was as if they were playing tag of war at the dinner table as no one wanted to be left out.
" eldest brother and sister-in-law said to bring these dishes back for you, we already had our dinner with them" Xiangzhi made sure they finished all the dishes he brought back before informing them of the source.
" so eldest is eating good after he left the house, people are saying he dressed in expensive clothes with that broomstar and even their servant dresses well too.... so are that was true, he even bought a lot of things from the county today" grandma said in a very displeased tone which angered both father Jun and Du Shi that YanZhi didn't spend the money when he still was with then but waited until after sperating.
" grandma I told you right" Zhao Shi added and she licked her fingers still not satisfied of the taste.
" grandma don't go and bother them, don't forget that father just signed on the separation agreement just yesterday and in that agreement you have no right to get involve in their financial situation. And eldest brother already agreed to pay filial piety to you stating next month, don't do anything to anger him" Xiangzhi advised which they knew was true but they still couldn't help but think of the many silvers in YanZhi's hands which made their greed started to get the better of them. 'it's that broomstar's idea to keep the money to himself, otherwise eldest would always give us all his money... after I brought that broomstar into my Jun family he ruined us just so he can keep the eldest's money all to himself' grandma cursed and scolded in her heart blaming it all on Xiao Ling.

Xiao Ling and YanZhi went to pay grandma Shen a visit with some snacks they bought in the county and some of the dishes Xiao Ling packed for them... grandma Shen along with Caicai walked out of the room with smiles when they heard Xiao Ling's voice
" ah Jun family eldest and his wife are here... are you coming for the rest of the clothes? actually I haven't finished yet" grandma Shen welcome them and said to them troubled that they'll be upset of her being slow.
" no grandma we're not here for that reason..... take your time and don't hurt your eyes. We brought my new friend Caicai some snacks we bought from the county and some dishes I cooked as well as pay you the advance for the next clothes... Yue brought four set of clothes so the money we paid are for those sets." grandma was stunned hearing that as Xiao Ling passed the packed dishes and snacks to Caicai patting his head making him giggled happily
" thank you big brother Ling" Caicai said with his milky tooth and Xiao Ling laughed at his childishness... he took out a hundred and two cents and gave it to grandma Shen as she thanked them honestly and watched them leave. They went up the mountain to YanZhi's sanctuary to meet Yue and Bee waiting for them
" Master I haven't seen you for awhile, you seem different from the last time I saw you" Bee said delighted
" I started cultivating which made me leveled up.... you seem to have leveled up too" Xiao Ling answered happily "get me five dead animals" he ordered.
Xiao Ling opened his dungeon portal as soon as Bee left to get him what he opened.... "do you want to come with me to check how the dungeon has changed since it leveled up?" he turned to YanZhi and asked with a smile... for the first time YanZhi was actually shocked but only for a moment before he beamed with a beautiful smile
" do you trust me enough to let me in?" he asked Xiao Ling
" Xiang Gong shouldn't ask what is obvious...." Xiao Ling shyly replied
" ..... indeed, little wife your Xiang Gong has asked a dumb question.... it'll be my honor" he pulled Xiao Ling in his embrace and whispered before placing a soft kiss on Xiao Ling's forehead making him blushed
" master I'm back" Xiao Ling quickly broke away from YanZhi's embrace embarrassed as Bee's voice sounded making YanZhi glared at him angrily... Bee shivered and had goosebumps all over trying to find somewhere to burry himself.
" let's go in then.... Yue you can come too" Xiao Ling said to Yue as he held YanZhi's hand and led him in through the portal....
" thank you mistress" Yue never expected him to grant her permission to see his dungeon, so she beamed brightly and followed.
" hmm~ it has indeed changed from how it was as level 1" Xiao Ling commented and set the bodies which Bee brought on the ground
" come forth my soldiers" five skeleton appeared in place of the dead bodies.... YanZhi stared curious making out the levels of the skeletons
" little wife these skeletons are weak" Xiao Ling felt his spirit crushed as YanZhi stated bluntly
" I know... but that's just a temporary problem, their strengths increase when I get stronger" Xiao Ling explained as they explore the dungeon which was now level 4.... he took YanZhi to the F grade mine where the other five skeletons worked.
" I get two more mines in addition Xiang Gong....." he exclaimed "an E grade mine and a D grade mine. More crafting materials for us which means more money" YanZhi laughed at his childlike joyful behavior which made YanZhi couldn't control himself and bend towards Xiao Ling as he landed a soft kiss on Xiao Ling's plumped and rosy lips..... Xiao Ling froze in place being caught off guard and wishing to burry himself somewhere away from YanZhi.
