488 Ringo's troubles

Ringo, or Jun Muchen had a serious problem. Last night when he went out on a special mission to grab and transport someone things had become a bit bloody as a result of a struggle. It was not his fault that the mark tried to escape, people that were committing crimes against the empire did not just sit and wait to be arrested, they often tried to scurry away like sewer rats.He successfully got his mark and delivered him to the intelligence department of the army but he had bumped into a witness. Not just a witness but one that was taking pictures and the beat down was captured. The photographer escaped before he could catch her. Normally, this witness would have to be taken to the intelligence department and given stern and life threatening warnings but since she managed to escape, the hunt for her was on.
