368 A wise bear

Bear remained silent for a few seconds and Chi Lian thought that perhaps her answer had somehow discouraged the very ambitious woman in front of her. Bear was a previously a manager in the Morgan group and she had been head hunted by them. One did not become a manager in a fortune five hundred company accidentally; they did so by proving to be extremely talented at their job.

"I see, my last question then is do you plan to place all your companies under one umbrella eventually? I am talking about forming Phoenix group of companies."

"Yes." Chi Lian replied instantly. "But not now however, I need to know if the companies can stand alone before bringing them together. I do not want a scenario where one branch has to fill in the gaps of another. I would rather leave them apart if that's the case.
