Lu Xie heard fighting so she told Lilith to go there and watch, they stood up a building and watch what was happening below.

Lu Xie immediately noticed that this group of men was strong their powers were all at level 4.

The group of people was struggling to fight off the zombies they have been fighting since they entered this place.

"Aarrggg, Fuck hurry!!!" one of the men shouted

"Why are this fucking zombies so strong!!!" A woman complained but kept firing fireballs

"Stop talking and kill them!!!" the leader shouted

As the zombies started to go more aggressive than before and relentlessly attack in groups. If they are swarmed with zombies they won't be able to survive and the way they kill is loud that other zombies can hear them.

"Should we help them, Lilith?" Lu Xie asked

Lilith wanted to shake her head she noticed 2 beautiful women in that group and was nervous that her Axie would praise another woman in front of her face.

The first time that happened she couldn't wait to kill the woman, now looking at Axie. She felt aggrieved inside if only she were a human she could confess to her.

Since she met her, Axie was automatically hers, and no one can take her away from her. She looked at her and nodded reluctantly.

Lu Xie didn't notice her up and down, as she patted her head softly. She took her bow and then stretch the string and fired.

The group of people was shocked by the sudden explosion. The group of zombies got killed in the explosion.

They raised their head and saw a big black wolf and beside it was a girl maybe around 17 years old while holding a bow.

"Are you just going to stay there stupified?" the girl said coldly

They snap back to their senses and hurriedly kill the remaining zombies.

"Hhaa...haaa...haaa fuck it," a man says down tiredly on the ground

The leader looked at the girl who save them and was just staring at them then turned her head to look at the big off beside her.

"Lilith, let's go" Lu Xie stroked her head

Lilith felt happy her Axie didn't go down to speak with those people and licked her face.

Lu Xie giggled and then hop on her back, as they were about to leave.

"Stop!!! Please wait" a woman shouted stopping Lilith in her tracks

Lu Xie look down at the woman and frowned a little.

"Can you tell me your name? You're so young to be out here alone, you should come with us in the base" the woman said

Lilith growled when she heard what she said, making the woman flinch in fear and look at the girl.

Lu Xie thought for a while then whisper to Lilith "Lilith can we go and see?" she asked softly

Lilith was glad that before her Axie make a decision she would talk to her before she decides. She rubbed her head against her and look into her eyes.

Lu Xie smiled looking at her "Is it a no?" she asked softly

Lilith wanted to nod but they came down the mountain to explore so she would let this one slide, then shook her head.

"So it's a yes?" Lu Xie asked to confirm

Lilith nodded

Lu Xie stroked her fur and looked at the woman, "Where is your base?" she asked coldly

"It's where the Tristan School is located in the Hando City" the woman answered

Lu Xie knew that place it is where the original owner's mother and sister went when they were escaping from the zombies.

Lilith knew her past she talked to her about it a few years back and felt pity but also happiness. Because she gets to meet her and now she grew up strong and healthy.

"Lilith go down" Lu Xie rubbed her back

Lilith jumped down and landed softly on the ground, looking at these people she saw fear in their eyes looking at her.

"Alright, we'll come but I hope you will also let my partner enter the base. Don't worry she isn't hostile as long as you don't provoke her" Lu Xie said her condition

The woman looks at her friends and they all nodded, then she look at the girl "Okay, we'll talk to the leader" she said nodding

"So are you here to collect some materials?" Lu Xie asked

The woman nodded "Yes the base is running low on some materials so we were sent to get some resources" she said

"I see, can you tell me your name?" Lu Xie asked politely

"I'm Maya, and this is my friends Nina, Hans, and Glen" Maya introduced

"Hi," the 3 of them said

Lu Xie nodded "You can call me Lu Xie and this is my partner Lilith" she also said

"Nice to meet you, Lu Xie and Lilith," Maya said softly

Lilith was watching this woman's every move and notice one thing she is trying to seduce her Axie.

Which is not true.

"Then you guys go collect the materials you need, me and Lilith will go get what we need," Lu Xie said

They nodded, and they both left leaving the 4 people there.

Nina look at Maya and asked nervously, "Are you sure you want to take them?"

Maya nodded "Our base is running low on power users we need more power users, and you guys also saw earlier she's strong and with that beast by her side," she said seriously

"She's right Nina there are only a few power users left in the base so we need to recruit as many as we can," Hans said as he nod

"Alright since you have decided let's go and collect the things we need, I don't want to stay in this place any longer," Glen said as he stood up and patted the dusk on his clothes

"Alright let's go" Maya nodded and looked for the things they needed.

After about an hour and a half,

Maya and her friends went out of the mall and saw Lu Xie and her beast resting beside a tree under the shade.

Lu Xie noticed them "Are you guys all done?" she said as she stretch her arms

Maya nodded and said embarrassed "Yes, sorry we took too long"

"It's fine, so you guys have a car?" Lu Xie asked

Maya nodded and they went to their car and then put the things they collected inside.

"Let's go," Maya said as she opened the door

Lilith immediately bit Lu Xie's clothes by the side and pulled her toward her. Lu Xie knew that Lilith is jealous again.

"You guys can ride the car I'll be behind you guys with Lilith," Lu Xie said seriously

Maya nodded and got in with her friends, Hans started the car and then drove off.

Lu Xie hop on Lilith and followed behind the car, she stroked Lilith's fur and said softly "Don't be jealous Lilith your more important than them" she coaxed

Lilith felt her face burning and her heartfelt sweetness, she wags her tail excitedly and licked her face gently then follow the car.

Hearing the giggles on her back she also smiled inwardly.
