Restoring the peace

A different group of people that were watching the live broadcast awkwardly or broodingly were Scarlet's siblings. Because it was a weekend, most of them did not have to work, so, after the disagreement, they stuck around the table and looked at each other in aloof silence.

After what felt like eons of silence, Elroy broke it by saying something. 

"I can't believe she is smiling after calling me a play boy." Elroy mumbled. 

"Ugh, jeez Elroy let it go," Adler responded. 

Elroy had been whispering it for a while but they all pretended not to hear him for his sake. It was not as if Scarlet lied, Elroy had cultivated for himself a bit of a reputation as a ladies man. 

"Why should I let it go? You are no more happier with her comment about your secret love affair with Arya Storm who by the way is at least what, fifty years older than you? Why are you dating a woman that is almost our mother's age?"
