Even though Severus's mouth had been sealed and he could not talk, he could still make muffled sounds. Such a sound came from his throat as he looked at Scarlet, her stomach and then the fire goddess. He was clear surprised and confused by this information. 

He was not alone in his heightened state of confusion because so was Scarlet. What kind of crazy talk was this? If she was pregnant, she would know. 

"Big mouth Carnelia, big mouth." Lythia yelled and roared. 

In the midst of her anger, the sky turned darker, dimming very quickly without warning. 

"Why, why, why would you say it?" she sent a huge wave of power Carnelia's way. All of the energy in the air had been sucked by her, and she looked ready to launch herself physically at the other goddess. 

The goddess of fire was not frightened, she rose into the sky and dyed them red with her own powers. 

"Bring it on." she said.
