One foot at a time, Bibi and Tony were escorted into separate cars, with Bibi joining Scarlet. The woman was so talkative that she did not even realize that they were going somewhere and she had absolutely no idea clue where that was. 

She continued to regale Scarlet with tales of her seamstress work and sharing images of some of her designs that she planned to introduce after opening her own dress shop. 

"Aah, what a little fool she is, even chicken have a greater sense of danger than her." Severus commented judgmentally. 

Scarlet did not respond to his words, ignoring them as if nothing had been said by the hound. But she did share his opinion on Bibi's lack of vigilance. Whether she was the governor or not, the woman should have been wise to be cautious of any stranger.
