Dawn was silently moving toward his castle in the middle of the city while thinking about his strategy for completing the mission.
Although he could overpower the tribes with his monster, that would only work with low-level tribes, and second thing Dawn didn't even know the exact strength of this world.

However, other people didn't seem to have noticed this miraculous phenomenon they continued to do whatever they were doing.
Dawn was able to feel the changes in the air just by breathing.
He summoned the window once again to take a look.

Dawn nodded at her words and didn't say anything, he understood all the things that he needed to know.
"So a common grade talent will give only skill," Dawn thought in his head and continued to ponder.
"So what about my talent," Dawn didn't know the grade of his talent. Both of them didn't seem to follow this classification.
Dawn suddenly took a U-turn and started moving toward the place where Harmon was going to perform the ceremony to see exactly how things worked.
There was still some time before nightfall so he could manage to longer aroun.
Dawn followed the direction given to him by Harmon when he had given him the mana stones.
And in no time he arrived in the westernmost area of the town.
Tens of people were gathered in a single location looking at the stage with anticipation on their faces.

There were various voices of encouragement from the crowd.
In front of them was a stage where roughly 10 boys and girls at the age of 18 were standing.
Some of them had nervous expressions on their face while others were confident.

When suddenly the crowd fell silent.
The sound of footsteps echoed in the surroundings and a man with a white beard walked to the stage with a solemn expression on his face.
Followed by three other men holding several things in their hands.
The eyes of tens of people followed him, all of them had respectful expressions on their faces.
"Harmon seems to be highly respected by the common people," Dawn thought in his head with a smile on his face.
"Draw the formation," Harmon commanded in a solemn tone.
Hearing Harmon's commands, the man who followed him took action and in no time an exquisite-looking formation was drawn on the stage.
The formation looked more like a Yin and Yang symbol to Dawn.
Harmon walked to the centre of it and placed the six mana stones in the middle of it.
Harmon didn't need to say anything more; the boys and the girl were familiar with the process as they had seen it since their childhood.
All of them walked and stood in the center of the formation in a practised movement.
The process seems to be automatic, once all the children were inside the formation it started to emit black and and white light.
The crowd in front of the stage closed their eyes as the light was almost blinding.
And in minutes the light died down.
Murmurs broke out in the surroundings followed by some of the children crying.
"Why didn't I awaken anything?"
"Yeah, I did it."
Voices filled with joy and despair simultaneously resounded in the surroundings.
