Severus gently pulled apart from Alice breaking their continous kisses as he felt the door being approached by Florean.

"Florean", he said hurriedly as he fixed his slightly ruffed tshirt.

It was enough for Alice as she composed herself but she could hardly do anything about her red cheeks. It still was new for her, all the kissing stuff with him. Alice had never done it before, starting her experience with only Severus. It was still strange for her but it felt nice at the same time.

The door opened and the boy in mention arrived carefully, inspecting both of them with his blue eyes as he looked at her sister's red face and immediately knew what was being done in his abscence.

"Alice, Severus", he spoke up carefully.

"Florean we were not doing anything inappropriate!", Alice immediately spoke up seeing the look on his face which clearly meant he was going to say something wrong.

"I didn't said anything at all!", Florean exclaimed with a huff as he looked at his sister bewildered.

"I will see you later", Severus said softly as he gave her hand a gentle squeeze for reassurance.

"Okay", Alice replied softly looking at his black eyes.

While all the romance was a new thing for him, it was still a little weird for him to remain in the same room with Florean Fortescue who always looked at him with distrust. Moreover he was a failure in anything romantic and with mingling with people. For some reason, his awkardness while dealing with people never left him.

Severus gave a small smile as he walked out of the cabin with a notice me not charm on him.

Now came the hardest part, dealing with his housemates who will not stop him bothering till they got all the answers. It was surely going to be a long bothersome explanation with lots of nuisances on the way.

Harry Potter looked at the group infront of him, the group called famously as Marauders.

His father, his godfather, Remus and the traitor Peter. It was so hard for him to simply not go and blame the man for all the deaths he caused but he couldn't. Professor Dumbledore had asked them to not disclose information as the timeline was no longer correct, the vow was also doing the same and preventing them in disclosing the information.

Looking at the happy and contented face of Peter Pettigrew, it was hard to believe that the same boy would grow up to become a traitor and would be responsible for the Second Wizarding War.

Ron was on his side along with Hermione and he personally knew both were mostly there so to prevent him from making a rash decision.

"I didn't knew that you had a cousin James?", Remus Lupin asked surprised as he looked at the figure of Harry Potter, James's cousin. They looked nearly identical to each other but Harry was a little less muscular in build than James.

"Yeah, you never mentioned it?", Peter Pettigrew asked eagerly too. James was a guy who liked to flaunt and he sure would have mentioned about his cousin.

"It was kind of a family secret. Harry was always ill so it was decided to keep a secret", James Potter spoke with a smile as he spoke the practised lie agreed by all.

"Yeah, I was homeschooled till now and since I became healthy and recovered, it was decided that perhaps Hogwarts would be nice for me now", Harry said with a small rueful smile of his own as he looked at the two members of the Marauders group.

"Hermione and Ron were my friends too and we three were homeschooled together", Harry continued on telling the agreed lie about Hermione and Ron.

"Well, leave the question stuff Mooney. Let's talk about how we could make their welcome into Gryffindor more fun", Sirius spoke up as he decided to change the topic to something more interesting.

His future godson could do well with a welcoming prank and he knew already enough on whom to do it.

James who was all too eager with Sirius always, nodded immediately in agreement. The Slytherin prefects would be already patrolling after few minutes after finishing the meeting. It would be the perfect opportunity to prank them. Besides they were all Death Eaters in making, Professor Dumbledore had taken the names of various Death Eaters Harry already knew and James recongnized many of them.

Greyback, Mulciber, Jugson, Travers, Rosier, Avery, Nott, Malfoy, Greengrass, Shafiq, Regulus Black, Carrow twins, Lestrange brothers, Barty Crouch Jr; they all were famous Death Eaters apparently. And the biggest of them that slimy bastard Snivellus Snape. Harry had told that bastard was apparently Voldemort's right hand man and even a person like Greyback whom the entire Wizarding World feared stepped back in fear himself when he stepped up to kill Dumbledore. It told him how dangerous the bastard had become in future and he was apparently why he and Lily were killed and Harry became an orphan.

James had always known that the bastard was upto no good always sneaking around and engaging in the Dark Arts and the recent information made his blood boil.

He knew himself in his mind that Snape surely was going to have hell of a year because he wasn't going to forgive him.

Remus Lupin frowned as he looked at the members in the Prefects cabin.

The Head Boy this year was Frank Longbottom, a fellow Gryffindor and a good one in Remus's opinion. He was in his last year and Remus knew that he liked Alice Fortescue secretly, which was evident from his discreet glances at her. Not many had noticed but Remus knew as he had always been observant not to mention the boy inquiring about her to him of all people. The girl was clueless about it as Alice mostly spent her time with books or the oddball of Ravenclaw, Pandora Hart a strange witch if Remus knew any.

She had eerie silver eyes and a strange gaze in them which unnerved him sometimes. Her wand tucked behind her ears and a laugh that always made him awkward.

"Remus, the meeting is over", a female soft voice spoke from his side. The girl in question was a girl in her sixteens with red hair and green eyes. The girl was the female Prefect of sixth year Gryffindors and was his coprefect.

A girl whom he considered his dear friend as she was a fellow member of his house. A kindred soul whom he had ever met and the girl of James's fantasies.

"Ohh, let's go then", he said with a small smile as they departed from the cabin not before Lily waved Dorcas Meadowes, the fellow Head Girl who was also a Gryffindor a wave.

Suddenly there was a sound in the gates and he heard exclamations of outrage as his nose picked the scent of dungbombs. He smiled inwardly with a sigh, it seems that James and Sirius had went on like usual to prank the Slytherins even after the attempts of him and Hermione.
