10 Notice.

Sorry for not uploading, I have been recently busy with work. But I would like to know if I nerfed the MC. He's been training for 3 years so do let me know if I should change up his fight at the USJ. Although I hate rewrites, I hate plot holes even more. His stamina deficiency will always remain though. I will also work on making MC less of a dumbass and his character development will improve in the future. So give me some suggestions for the future.
