1 Transmigrated into a fantasy world.

I opened my eyes suddenly as I found myself in an unfamiliar world.

I was in an unknown location in the midst of what seemed to be a forest.

As I was trying to comprehend what was going on, a heavenly voice suddenly sounded in my ears.

[HEY MONSHEE, OR I WOULD RATHER SAY DAVID. YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO FIND THE *CHILD OF DESTINY* OF THIS UNIVERSE AND PROTECT *ETHERIALS* FROM THERE SWORN ENEMIES *ANETHERIALS*]

I was stunned as I heard the voice coming from all directions that seemed to have infinite might as if it could crush me without even a single ounce of resistance.

'What is going on?' I thought.

[YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE NERVOUS. I KNOW YOU HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS, BUT DON'T WORRY, TIME WILL ANSWER THEM ALL. FOR NOW YOU HAVE TO GO AND FIND A FEW ETHERIALS TO PROTECT]

I was dumbfounded. Like what?

'Hey, who even are you? Why should I listen your orders? Hey Mr. Voice, can't you clarify a bi.....' As I was thinking this. A sudden sense of death overwhelmed me.

It was like all of my 5 senses were screaming that I would die the next second.

[YOU CAN THINK OF IT AS A MISSION YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE. FRET NOT AS YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO RECEIEVED THIS MISSION. AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, THE FASTER YOU COMPLETE THIS MISSION, THE MORE BENEFITS YOU WILL GET LATER]

The feeling of death instantly vanished and as I was was contemplating on what to do the voice said again.

[FIRST, WHY DON'T YOU TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR BODY]

It was now that I noticed, that I was taller than usual. And when I looked at my body and hands, I was wearing gloves that only covered my palm, a skyblue coloured T-shirt with a white undershirt. And dark blue pants.

I was horrified. This was not my body. Hell, even the clothes were different than what I remembered.

I ran as fast as I could until I found a stream. I quickly went there and looked at myself. This time I was really scared and I freaked out.

I had no pupils, my eyes were shining like bright stars. Even the face was not mine.(Even though it was handsome)

'What happened to my face and body?' As I was thinking this. I heard the sound of metal clanging. A word instinctively appeared in my mind.

Battle...

A battle was going on....

Yes, a Battle....

A BATTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who would dare to fight in this Modern Worl...

Then I remembered, it was not my world.

I hid behind a few trees and tried to peek at what was going on.

I saw a group of beatifull humanoid creatures that had unparalleled beauty, fighting another similar but a bit dark tanned creatures.

From afar, it literally felt like two twins were fighting.

But as I noticed more of their features, the only difference between them other than their skin colour was that the tanned creatures had small horns on their heads.

A sudden urge to protect the beautiful creatures rose from the bottom of my heart.

I don't know why but my legs started operating automatically as I walked towards them.

One of the tanned creatures noticed me as his eyes widened.

He rushed towards the fairly armored creature in the middle of their formation and whispered something.

The creature (who seemed to be the leader of the group) also widened his eyes and quickly ordered the others to retreat.

He warily looked in my direction and asked.

"Are you a Herobrine?"

1:- Child of Destiny

Explanation: As you all know, in every story, there is someone favoured by the world/heavens. In my story, it's favoured by the universe.

2:- Etherials

Explanation: This is the name of the main race of my story.

3:- Anetherials

Explanation: This is another race but formed of hybrids. You will know about them later in story.
