33 Elder Sister II

Amelia left the shadow guards to ensure the people are not disturbed during the process. She went into the place where they place water tanks and pipes. She found a group of people working hard to clean the tanks of all the infected water.

"Do any of you have supernatural powers?" She asked.

"Leader, if we had powers we would definitely join the soldiers." A young man said with a bleak smile.

"Yeah, plumbing is so degrading. There's still the bathroom pipes. If I had supernatural powers I wouldn't go through this."

"I am not like you guys, I have been in charge of this area before and I don't hate it. Mostly because I am good at it." A young girl said. She is the girl with a tatoo on the cheek.

Amelia smiled at her. "Come with me." She got out and the girl followed.

"I'm warning you, if you try something I have sharp teeth." The girl said grinning at her.

"Why would I try something? What would I try?" She looked at the girl with a questioning gaze, the girl just shrugged.

"Why would anyone want to have a base in the middle of no where like this? Unless you have un usual habits."

"I see." Amelia found her answer boring.

"I called you to find out what ability do you have." Amelia knows this girl has a plant type ability and it is not low.

"I don't have an ability." The girl said. There is agression in her tone.

"That tatoo is not real, and your skin tone is not so ugly and yellow. You used your plant power to make yourself look like this to deceive the bullies. I just wanted to tell you that if you really want to be in charge of plumbing again. You can do it. Start recruiting your team and I will pay in these..." Amelia threw a purified first level crystal nuclei and the girl caught it.

She looked at it closely as if she will get all the secrets from it.

"You can eat it. Or absorb it. Push your power to your hand and then the crystal nuclei will dissolve and enter your body." Amelia told the girl when she saw the girl didn't trust her enough to put the crystal in her mouth.

The did as instructed, she can feel her power getting boosted. She opened her eyes and looked at Amelia with greed.

"Don't look so intensely. Do you have unusual habits?" Amelia looked at her saying the same words the girl had said not long ago.

"I'll do the job. You can leave the base plumbing system to me." She agreed.

"Tell your friends to enlist as soldiers if they want, they don't need supernatural powers to enter. Recruit people who also want to work there with you." Amelia left her standing there in shock.

Amelia took Jack Jack and Agatha to survive in the wild. The beasts in the forests on the Island are not comparable to those in land. They are very cruel. But this is how she trains her pets.

She went to the equipment used for exercising and increased the weights and durability to the bicycles and leg pressing machines. All those that don't operate on electricity got enhanced. They can use the equipment until new ones are invented.

Amelia went to the place were they stored live animals for food. This Island doesn't live on bought from from the market often since they ar me isolated here. She had them construct a full farm woth space to accommodate each animals she will give.

After they were done, she took out a hundred of each animal and the rest were slaughtered and stored in the freezer. She took out a few generators dor the base to connect. Luckily someone knows how to do it. More people were hired to look after the animals.

In one week, the base had the administration staff working in the already existing offices. There are clear separate operations to report on which includes but is not limited to the database on the administration staff, the soldiers, the farmers, the factory workers, the housing alocations and the guards for the many storage warehouses.

The people who took the banana mysterious fruit got stronger, their abilities became stronger after every practice and those who used to think their powers are useless became shocked at the power hidden in their blood. The initial mistrustful attitude changed and they became very thankful and promised to keep her secrets.

Amelia introduced the new currency and stored some in a small vault. People can go hunt for mutated meat and zombies to sell to the base. She set prices including the rent and food prices.

People got out to train and came back to submit their findings so they can be paid. A general store was open and a few employees are appointed to work there. The few necessities are stocked and priced.

People with metal abilities are employed to make weapons and bullets. Amelia had stored guns in one of the storages large enough to house tens of thousands of guns. The important thing is this storage is in inside her own building. Amelia lives with the shadow guards, her pets. It seems like a waste but more people will live here it just they are not here yet. The reason she chose this building is the large underground area. It can't be for a factory so she will explore it fully later.

The materials of the walls are made from something that can block mental power so she doesn't know what unspeakable things are hidden in there.

She gave the two managers the smart bracelets and a few others.

Amelia saw that it not enough to cover up the origin of the bracelets, so she gave the head of each department a smart bracelet and a few others who are hard workers. More than a hundred smart bracelets were given away.

The general staff responsible for cleaning, cooking and fixing up the place were also given. Some high to middle level administrators. The famers were all given a smart bracelet. The soldiers became bitter. Amelia asked them if they will be as strong if they don't have food.

Only a little over one thousand smart bracelets remained. She gave it according to the level of strength and finally none remained. She can see most are not convinced.

"One bracelet is 10 000 crystal nucleus."

They were surprised but then she told them its function and the factory workers, soldiers and some administrators got even more envious. Amelia had told them how to bond with their smart bracelets so that no one else can use it even if they are dead.

The factories had been producing glass, food and lothes, but mostly jeans. The materials are sourced processed from the locals the people who were already working in these places have also taken in upon themselves to teach new recruits how to do the work.

There is a few more factories who used to assemble computers and cell phones. Knowing the direction of technology, Amelia told them not to bother with these few factories for now. The base will have un processed oat, wheat and corn to turn into flour and other foods such as corn flakes and corn flour.

The water has been restored the only problem is with electricity. This is why Amelia is going back to get the generators that has been optimized.

She brought along with her the glass from the warehouse of the factory. That is when she realized this glass is not normal glass it is bullet proof glass. The quantity is really a lot. She emptied a large warehouse while three more are still full. She has a feeling the ambitious skyscraper buildings in the outer city will be very beautiful.

In the design there are high buildings with floor to ceiling windows. At first she wasn't sure but now she is sure the city will be complete without any problems. This is also where the long metal poles were used.

This city is going to be beautiful and clean. The ground will be concrete so it can be cleaned regularly. She came to place the glass into the storage rooms. The guards let her in because she has the key and then she entered.

This is the storage in the underground floors where building materials are stored she went to an open space and took out the glass stored in large boxes. The sizes vary and the packaging is very careful. She went into a general storage to check if there is something she can take.

To her surprise, the base had produced a few monitoring cameras that can be controlled by the master bracelet like the one she got. She signed out the equipment all 58 sets and explained she gave bullet proof glass in return.

Checking on the animals reared for food and materials, she found the quantity is acceptable. She plans to put the rest of the animls in her space at the prison base and only leave the young animals.

She went to find old Mo only to hear him arguing with Zhu Li. She came in hearing the angry shouts.

"If you get a heart attack who will take responsibility? Come down first." She said to old Mo and turned to face Zhu Li.

Amelia looked at Zhu Li. "What's wrong?"

Hearing her voice, Zhu Li looked at Amelia. "He sold the smart bracelets outside the base and now people are all asking who made them online."

"Are you worried about this?" Amelia asked.

"I haven't found my brother yet. What if someone uses him to blackmail me?"

"Where is the last place your brother was before the change?"

"He worked in this hospital as an electrician. I know you may think he died but my brother is very strong he will definitely....definitely make it out alive."

"Print his photo and put it as a missing person on the mission board. Selling your bracelets was my idea. I have it under control, they will associate it with Korea I saw your programs are translated from Korea. Is this why?"

"Yeah. I am from Korea and so is my brother. We did a bit of surgery when we got here so its not easy to see. But my talent was not easy to hide and the people after me soon led me to hide in the minimum security prison."

Amelia already knew of this but of course she pretended to be surprised. "The people using the bracelets are foreign and speak English so it won't be easy to track it back here."

"Don't worry too much, soon there will be wars amongst the bases and the Qin family so they won't have time to look for you. Just do your work and if you need something, call me on my bracelet." Amelia took her out of the office. Zhu Li became very satisfied with the base leader.

"So, how many bought the bracelets?" Amelia asked the dazzed Mo.

"They bought all of them. Don't worry I paid her a sum according to the contract. You on the other hand, didn't pay for your portion."

"Ask my secretaries to pay for me. I came back with glass, tell the nine brats." Amelia said.

"I have something to report. We sent a small army of robots to find out if the Qin family really has a terrifying 'secret'. Look what we found." Old Mo touched this bracelet and a video came out showing an armor with exquisite designs. There are thousands of the similar armor inside a factory warehouse.

Someone put it on and lavitated off the ground. They shot davistating light beams from the shoulder blades and a scythe materialized on the warrior's hand and he slashed down. A large crater appeared on the ground making that entire area crumble.

That is not the end, a man stood next to another old man and made a report with an excited expression. "Clan leader, we found the missing element. It is the mental power that all ability users possess. Any ability user with a high level of mental power will have an easier time using the functions of the armor."

The person wearin the armor in the air released a large ice blade cutting the ground again. But he soon fell from the sky.

"Of course a lot more mental power is needed to use the ability while wearing the armor. We were able to test the level of talent each person has. Feom D-, D, D+ all the way to A-, A, A+ then the real cream on top are the S level talent, SS,SSS. We haven't found these for now. But the emergence of supernatural powers means there are such people." The person said with hope.

The video ended here. Amelia stood up in fear. Is that normal armor or ....mecha? She really wants that design for herself. Should she steal it?

"That is bad, really really bad. But also good. It is a good thing the world has this sort of thing. It means the future is not so bleak." She wanted to stand out in the wind and get some air. She teleported outside the cabin.

She entered the cabin but a strong smell of rotting flesh caught her nose. She walked quickly. She had ensured to leave nothing that may go stale. She found her elder sister pouring her healing supernatural power into the thigh with a gaping rotting wound.

Amelia closed her nose and from where she stood shot her green light healing the disgusting woud in one go. She saw the heroine looking at her with blood shot eyes.

"Could it be that you still want to attack me elder sister?" She smiled sweetly at her. Seeing her smile Mei shuddered in disgust.

"You are all healed now, why don't you leave my home?" Amelia continued speaking as if she didn't make her suffer for and entire week inside a wooden cabin.

"You LEFT ME HERE" Mei screamed in rage.

"No, I leftyou here to heal yourself. I heard you have many miraculous medicine that can bring people from the brink of death. Why couldn't you heal yourself just now?" Amelia asked in bewildered.

"That kind of sinister poison would have killed it if I had fallen asleep for a minute without pouring my healing power on it. You ....do you have any idea how much I jave suffered? Amelia Rumeng Bold Liang, you better mark my word....I will kill you one of these days." She said with hatred in her eyes.

"How about we have another duel? Winner takes the looser's life?" Amelia coaxed gently.

Liang Mei stood up and wanted to leave this place before she is angered to death. "Alright. I will leave instead, sigh...I really dote on my sister too much." She teleported away.

Liang Mei Looked at the place where Amelia had been standing as if she can pull her back and kill her directly. She let out a loud roar of anger and sat down to recover her strength.

Amelia closed her eyes and thought about her father's face. She can teleport to a place she has been before using the memory or teleport to a place where someone she knows is located. When she opened her eyes she is standing outside the house on the video screen when the shadow guards went to send her father a letter. She then teleported a block away.

She understands that she has completely angered her elder sister now, and the heroine will thus devote her energy to destroying her and all that she holds dear from now on. But this is not the time for her to bother with the sister she has to grow her army and wealth.

So, if elder sister needs a play mate, I will give her a play mate. A few minutes later she is seating in front of a beautiful woman sipping tea. The lady is very tall, which gave her a swan line neck and high cheek bones. The pair of Pheonix eyes and long eyelashes fanninger her face every time she blinks.

"Miss Zhou, you are really beautiful." The girl didn't get happy with the comment because the one complementing her is also very beautiful. She smiled a smile that didn't reach her eyes.

"Thank you. This young miss, you sti haven't introduced yourself. You told the guards you are Liang Mei's half sister. Is this true?" Zhou An looked intrigued.

"Same father. My name is Amelia Bold. It is a delight to make your acquaintance. How is that handsome flirtatious fiance of yours? I hear he was snatched by my sister with her life saving grace."

The fake smile on the lady faded. "I see you are as unique as your sister. What is it that you want?"

"To help you of course." Amelia took another sip.

"Why would you?" She asked

"My sister needs to reach higher level in life I just feel like the enemies she face are too lacking. Sigh, how is my sister supposed to become a great person if you are all so incompetent?" Amelia showed a destressed expression on her face.

"First it was that incompetent best friend of hers, who is all tears and no power. Then it was you. All fire and no actual power. At this rate, my sister will remain mediocre and never face a reall challenge." Amelia spoke further not even glancing at the increasing anger in the other girl's face.

"You...did you just call me incapable?" She stood up. Her fire abilities burning the pretty long sleeves of her dress.

"Look at you. The you have no calmness at all. A few words and I have a reason to injure you." Amelia released a powerful mental pressure and the girl stumbled and fell on the couch. Taking back the pressure, Amelia smiled kindly at the girl.

"My sister has a way to increase the strength of all the people who follow her. You on the other hand lack such means even though you currently have thousands of soldiers in the family, they will soon join her camp. Afterall these are tough times, who doesn't want to be strong?" Amelia said the the girl kept silent. No one knows if it is because of the words or the pressure before had scared her.

"Your fiance refuses to marry you because he will have to bring his army and join your family which will make your little brother and father even more brazen in the negotiations. It will be like marrying into your family which is very degrading for a man." She said calmly and the girl across from her looked at her in surprise. This is what her mother had used to console her.

"In his eyes, you are a spoiled princess who gets everything while Mei works hard and fight for her things. All you do is say your father's name and make a big fuss."

"I am a level 7 fire type ability user. I can show you my power."

"But do you know how to fight? Do you go out to hunt zombies and lead a team to clear zombies? As you are, you don't amount to much. If someone took away your family what would you be left with?"

"Are you saying I should go scavenge outside like some beggar and fight those things just to get a husband?"

"I am saying you don't command any power. No one need to report to you which makes you inadequate to compare with my sister." Amelia said and the young lady is about to get angry when Amelia raised her hand.

"I have a team. I do go to fight zombies."

"Don't make me laugh. You only go when you know your fiance will be going and then you will be making a fuss about Liang Mei and him showing their feelings infront of you.

"Do you want my help?" Amelia asked.
